Some people have mental issues. In such situations don’t act upon your sudden urge to do things. What if you hit the bugger and he fell on the road and crushed by your vehicle or someone else. You will be released but you gonna have to go through lot of trouble to get cleared from the law. Just saying.

Compensate someone who doesn’t even have a proper connection to the bugger. You will have to apply leave. Coz you will definitely will be wasting your time. Your vehicle will need repair. It does not worth it.
This kind of behavior will become common as the economy keeps squeezing the lower classes and destroying their livelihoods.
I recently noticed that many middle-class people are overwhelmingly happy about shops being closed on pavements or streets… hmm. This kind of things would be more common in future.
Now don’t ask me whether this guy had a shop on the pavement.
Yeah I would guess that the country's situation over the last few years has pushed a fair number of people into concerning territory as far as mental health goes. Thank goodness getting hold of a gun is a bit more difficult than in the US 😬
Also, something else: the government should be very cautious about the PickMe/Uber issue. I personally use PickMe and Uber as well, 200% support them. At the same time, making it difficult for non PickMe drivers to earn a livelihood is also wrong.
In situations like this, it may be better to ignore middle-class concerns and avoid heavy intervention altogether. or to turn a blind eye
Fundamentally, policy should focus on creating new jobs rather than destroying existing jobs in gray area.
