The pellet did not go all the way through so we drove a steel stake through it to see if we could get it to react and burn. Sadly it was so disappointing we forgot to take pictures.

Let air (oxygen) into a hot LiPo battery and you might get a bigger surprise.
Add a heat source to smooth it out.
Take a screwdriver, put the battery over a campfire and poke it
Give it a good stomp to get all the hot air out
Drive a nail into it to relieve the pressure
