Well, sometimes you get bottles that don't live up to your expectations. I have about 25-30 bottles, and I have my top 10-12. I really enjoy the taste/heat, and I buy more when they run out. As for the other 10-15 bottles, I bring them out when buddies want to have a spice challenge, or I make a new batch of spicy pickles/chili to mask some of the taste. It definitely happens in the hot sauce world.
Frankenbottle for sure, you’ve got to finish those. Look at them looking at you looking at them knowing you know they know that you’re too scared to eat them. They’re just chilling there, menacingly.
Now empty them all into a single jar for easy transport.

Hmm maybe my brevity misled people. These are not all half finished bottles, nor are they the only hot sauces I had in these last two years.
