Thanks for your answer, do you think it could be fixed by someone other than the seller?
Bought it a few months ago from AliExpress as a gift, it already had one of the lines but over time more have appeared. At the moment I figured sending it back could be a bit of a hassle, never dropped it :c
It's most likely the display flex cable not connected properly. When I tear down my echo mini, I didn't slot in the display flex cable properly when I put it back and those lines appeared. When I reconnected it properly, the display back to normal.
Probably a physical issue with the tiny LCD display, or as others said possibly a internal connection issue (cable). But maybe it doesn't have a cable and is directly soldered to the board.
Did you just buy it? if so contact seller. It’s faulty or got a bad display cable or even bad display.
Did you drop it

Claim warranty on from fiio if they have authorised service in your area they'll do it or post it on head-fi org , fiio kang will sort something
Not worth it. The repair probably more expensive than the device itself. Claim warranty.
Since it's not new, and not bought locally, I would try to disassemble and see if the ribbon cable is a bit loose. Really easy fix if that's the case.
If you don't want to send it back you could open it up and check the connections but i wouldnt recommend it as a first resort
