Something that may be better with beef jerky would be to chop it finely and mix it with fruits such as cherries, plums, dates (carriers a bitter note) and mixed with nuts if you like. If you really like apples add a little bit as the tartness of the apples could help carry some of the other flavors. Now if you want to get really gay about it add some champagne to the mix and you have alcoholic fruity nutty meat and with your name it may be what you want.
