    Don't let that stop you, there's going to be some bumps on the road. I failed at green curry chicken a couple times and gave up on it until my favorite Thai restaurant of 20 years closed down.

    Left with the choices of disappointing green curry chicken for the rest of my life or sucking it up and figuring it out I did the latter. I miss the old Thai place but I can have the best green curry chicken at home whenever I want now. It's just takes more work.

    How did it taste? I was actually just thinking recently that I would like to try making beef wellington but no one else in my family will eat beef any less than well done.

    Well, they might have liked this! It was okay, they meat was a little over done from what I normally would have liked. Next time I’m going to marinate it so it’s softer but otherwise, my only complaint was how strong the mustard was.
