I posted a review of this game in which I pointed out that it's basically a gooner waifu simulator in disguise, and instantly got endless comments telling me "Bro she's like his daughter so it couldn't be". I was like, "Did I stutter?'"
Everything can be insert fetish simulator if you look hard enough
But I don't think that was purposely made to look at it that way. Elizabeth is a naive kid at the start of the game, and goes all the way learning what her purpose is, and growing as a person
She essentially learns a lot about life with Booker. But at least from what I could tell, the game never implies a sexual/romantic relationship between the two. If anything, Booker becomes more or less a fatherly figure, until you get the truth
woah, ok. didnt expect hunger for knowledge but i guess i asked for it gonna have to put some work into
this.
How was it? Honestly? It was a letdown. The whole "failed idol" story is a great marketing hook, they
definately sold the video on that premise alone. But the performance itself was just... awkward. You can
tell shes not comfortable. It felt less like a professional debut and more like a very high-budget
audition she was also failing. She's stiff, constantly in her head, and there's almost zero chemistry with
the guys. All concept, very little execution.
My viewing history? Been watching for over a decade man. These days Im more into stuff with a good
story or at least a unique premise, not just the generic stuff. a good production team makes all the
difference. I'll take a well-made video with a decent plot over a high-profile actress mailing it in any
day of the week.
3 works I consider good:
Yua Mikami's debut (Princess Peach): This is the gold standard for an idol-turned-actress debut.
Yua was a REAL idol and she came out with so much energy and confidence. She owned it from the first
second. Its what Arisu's debut wanted to be.
Anything with Ichika Matsumoto from her early days with FALENO: She can actually act. She emotes
and makes you believe the scenario. Her stuff feels more cinematic and less like they're just going
through the motions.
Rion (Anri Okita) - The God Body: A classic. Not a lot of story there lol but its a masterclass in
performance. She knew exactly what her brand was and how to perform for the camera. Absolute cinema.
Where would you rank her debut among these? It's not even in the same league, not even on the same
planet. It's an unfair comparison tbh. Those are top-tier performances, Arisu's video is a novelty item.
It's interesting because of the backstory, not because of the quality of the actual content.
What could be improved? Her confidence, number one. She needs to relax. She looks terrified. The
director should have done a better job making her comfortable. Also they relied way too much on the
interview segments talking about Nogizaka46, it broke the pacing and kept reminding you that she was doing
this as a second choice. We get it, you failed auditions, now commit to this job.
What is well done? The production values are high. The lighting, camera work, it all looks very clean
and professional. And I cant deny it, she is very beautiful and has the "idol" look down perfectly. The
concept itself, on paper, is genius from a marketing perspective. They got us all talking about it, right?
Was it goonable for you? Nah. I was too distracted by how nervous she looked. It kinda killed the mood
completely. Every time she looked at the camera with those deer-in-the-headlights eyes I was pulled right
out of it. It's a shame, but maybe she'll get better in her next one if she decides to stick with it.
We'll see.
Well she was raised by a guy who planned on marrying her and making her bare his children. Her entire life up until this point she was being groomed by a predator
Comstock was *infertile due to using the tears. That's why he wanted Elizabeth. Elizabeth was to be the heir of Columbia and was destined to "rain hell on the Sodom below ", and this scene is her asking booker to kill her
*edited from fertile to infertile. I knew what i meant but clearly not enough to type it
Your brain has been corrupted by the sheer amount of R34 you have consumed, nowhere in the games narrative does that happen. Comstock finds out he is infertile due to the parallel universe technology and steals her from another version of himself to have an heir. There is nothing incestous about Comstock's plan.
The whole Bioshock series is currently on sale on Steam if anybody wants to play it. I am currently playing Bioshock 1 Remastered for the first time it is pretty good.
I can't believe it's almost a decade since I first played Bioshock Infinite back in 2016. I remember asking my friend whether he knows anything about Bioshock or not, I took the gamble and played it, it's one of my top 10 favourite games of all time. The only Bioshock I haven't beaten is Bioshock 2's DLC. I want to get it but the DLC is more expensive than the bundle itself.
Which Bioshock game do you like most? I think I played Bioshock Infinite for two hours at a friends once, but never finished it. I am currently five hours deep into Bioshock 1 and plan on finishing althe whole trilogy.
It's really hard to rank them but since I start with Infinite first and it's hold a lot in my childhood I have to go with Infinite, 1, 2. Bioshock Infinite had troubled development, the creator, Ken Levine has problem trying to make it work, if you look on beta or old concepts it's like different game with the current one but he had to make it either way but that game holds a special place for me because of Elizabeth, she's one of the best character.
1 is amazing, I love rapture, the cityscape underwater and Andrew Ryan the mastermind behind his utopia and Bioshock 1 is based of a novel called "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand. I don't know much about the novel since I never read it but Bioshock 1 inspired from that. If you want Bioshock 1 set in space, try System Shock 2 made by the same creator, Ken Levine, it's truly underrated and it's the game inspired Dead Space and other alien or body horror games that set in space.
2 is also great, I want to put this higher than 1 and Infinite but all of them have great qualities that it's really difficult to do it. I don't want to go into spoil anything but one of the ending genuinely made me cry.
Major spoilers. I really the scene in which Ryan asks you to kill him. That whole scene's direction is on point. The fact that Jack's Ryan's son and has been sent to kill him as the exact opposite of his beliefs on free will is amazing. Along with the brilliant voice acting during his whole monologue. Peak gaming to be honest
woah, ok. didnt expect hunger for knowledge but i guess i asked for it gonna have to put some work into

Worst part is Elizabeth is Booker’s daughter so 80% of all Bioshock Infinite R34 is incestuous
Where's the bad?

I don't think booker ever made it to be as such. He treats her as a kid because he learns that he is much more older than her.
This is where the fun begins!

I'm getting wrecked on downvotes but it was still funny to me. Worth it
Funny how nobody got your joke lmao
Worth itÂ
I feel like one of the guys who followed jesus back in the time instead threatening to kill him with hammers
Obviously this is a shitpost but didn't they update her character model to resemble some cosplayer they liked ?
based
Isn’t this the character that led to advances in animation to make better porn?
Somewhere between Bioshock and Overwatch a shader was born
I think there was video disproving that called " the real history of rule 34"
Yep, Bioshock infinite isn't the one that influence a lot of r34 it's Overwatch even to this day.
I have janked it to enough overwatch to confirm this hypothesis.
Same that's why I concluded that Overwatch the one that makes up the most r34 stuff.
I have to assume Tifa was a significant influence as well

Yeah ngl the scene in question definitely was way too fucking weird. They tried to make this emotional moment but it just comes off oddly sexual.
Well she was raised by a guy who planned on marrying her and making her bare his children. Her entire life up until this point she was being groomed by a predator
The fuck are you on about?

It's you are the problem, i completed this game twice and never had such thoughts.
Yeah , for a moment i thought that i missed something in the story.
Elizabeth is hot. But never lewd. Get your mind out of the gutter.
Wasn’t she designed after the creators daughter and he was all “oh noo pleae don’t make porn of her” thus promoting more porn?
