    Here it is

    Ingredients: boneless chicken, sausages, carrots, cabbage, parsley, avocado, Maggi, mayonnaise, ketchup, spice rub, Soy sauce (optional), honey (optional), lemon

    Marinate your chicken and sausages with at least one tbp of soy sauce, maggi, spice rub and honey.

    If you have leftover chicken or beef that works as well.

    Chop your carrots and cabbages

    In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and spice rub. Squeeze half a lemon and chopped parsley into the mix and mix till well combined.

    Combine the mayo and ketchup mix with the chopped carrots and cabbages.

    Heat up your pan on medium heat, put a bit of oil and fry the chicken and sausages for about 6-8 minutes.

    At this point you can either combine your fried chicken with the veggie and mayo mix or not.

    From here it's pretty straightforward, put your fillings in the bread, roll up and heat up.

    all shawarmas are a wrap, i'd argue the only two thing that makes a shawarma a shawarma are, one, the meat (lamb, chicken or beef) being cooked on a spit (the root turkish word shawarma comes from means to rotate or turn), and two, the bread used being some sorta arabic bread (pita,saj etc) fillings can be anything, although i'd say it needs a sauce, pickles, veg (sometimes), maybe fries. But the rotisserie requirement would disqualify most homemade versions of shawarma just because it's not practical to do at home and at that small a quantity, ultimately it's how you'd cook the meat (usually always marinated), if you can get some good char and smokiness and cut it into thin strips/shavings, i'd say it's a shawarma
