DMT makes folding round diamond sharpeners that taper down that you could use to sharpen the serrations. You could also get the ceramic tri sided sharpener from Spyderco. This is how I sharpen most serrated kitchen knives. For a beginner, I’d recommend the DMT in coarse grit. This will be pretty easy to use and you’ll get use out of it sharpening yard tools and things like that as well.

You could send it to me to sharpen as well. I charge $10 for serrated knives, and you’d need to pay shipping. But if you’re already getting into sharpening, I think you’d be money ahead learning to do it yourself. Leatherman doesn’t use super high quality steel on the skeletool.
