In order to pee, I 29F have to take a big breath in, hold it, then release my muscles that allow me to pee. If I start breathing again the pee will stop. Same thing with trying to orgasm.

In order to urinate or orgasm, you would typically have to ‘let go’ your muscles. What that boils down to is that you need to be comfortable to expel something out.
