Really interesting finding. Hemp seeds don’t get nearly enough credit beyond plant protein. Their edestin and albumin proteins have high bioavailability, and they carry peptides with measurable anti-ox bioavailability, That matters because oxidative stress is one of the early switches behind chronic inflammation and cancer biology. I’ve seen similar cellular benefits discussed in cannabinoid science (my background), but this approach is food-based.
