I'm driving in from Watertown on Thursday for the 05-06 Celebration game vs Montreal and I'd love to do some shopping at the team store during the afternoon. Is there cheap and easy metered/curbside parking nearby, or do I need to get fleeced in one of the nearby lots?
I'd love to buy a black and red goat head jersey, is the team store my best bet, should I try Dave & Adam's also?
You can park right in front of alumni plaza for 30 minutes as long as you’re at the Sabres store.

I was in Dave & Adams today - if you’re looking for goathead jerseys I would skip there and head straight to the team store.
Be aware that Dave and Adam’s sells bad Chinese knockoffs
They sell both. They have legit stuff, actually reasonably priced, and then bad Chinese fakes. If you know what you’re looking for (or don’t care) you’ll be fine

They're is limited free parking right next to the arena and plenty of parking you can pay for on an app nearby

You can also park in the harbor center parking ramp (which is connected to the arena). Its either free or pretty cheap if youre there during rhe day. Just let them know youre going to the Sabres store.
I think this is probably the best place to park for a quick stop at the team store.

You can park in front of the arena, near the French Connection statue for trips to the store, free parking, on game day this is only available till a certain time and it’s free
