Example: do you work out? Yes, I ruck on a treadmill (wear a weighted vest while walking on a steep incline on a treadmill)

For rucking in a city, as training, outside of the hiking context, I don't think we have a special word. It is thing though, like waking up and down the stairs in your apartment block to prepare for a summit.
There is such exercise but no special word. We just say "бег с утяжелителями" if weight bound to your hands and legs or "бег с рюкзаком в гору" about that specific exercise in military.

Yeah, as far as I know there is no 1 word for that.
"Мой брат бегает с утяжелителями." Is a phrase that I have used before. But, that hasn't included the "steep incline" part.
