Add context to the projects - what was the challenge or problem each one set out to solve? Was it part of class project? Was it a self-directed endeavour?
I also find the content overly technical - too dry even for a technical recruiter. Try to tell more of a story (good framework to use is CAR: Challenge, Action, Result).
