Im new to RV but have been working on my psychic and clair abilities.
I tried viewing someone to see if I could implant a random thought into their head without them knowing such as "Lemon Car". If they managed to mention that phrase to me Id know it worked.
The first week it was easy to visualise them. Id visual where they were, what they were doing, Id visualise them thinking about a random memory of me and Id turn to them and Id tell them "Lemon Car".
I started having synchtonicities seeing their name pop up in my dad to day life, multiple times a day.
We ended up having a difference of opinion in rl and they ended up unfriending me. Since then I have found it difficult to remote view them.
Ive since stopped viewing them but I was curious:
Has this kinda thing been other peoples experience?
Can people sense youre RV and subconsviously block you from their energy?
If you are self tasking and consciously aware of the target, you are not Remote Viewing, you are having a different kind of experience.
RV was designed for espionage, that is, not getting detected easily while gathering information.

And if you will snoop on a supposed friend like that, not surprised they told you to take a hike. It was mega disrespectful of you, in my opinion.
I think that's more of a astral projection thing. I've bumped into a few people but now that I think about it,none of them were alive at the time
I think their ability to perceive your RV relies on both your and their Psi skills.
And yes, there is reportedly a “Psi blocking” form of Psi, potentially used by governments to prevent people from viewing certain objects/locations/events, etc.
(These are more personal convictions than known facts)
What you are talking about is called remote influence (except for the actual viewing part), and yes, people with developed intuition and Clair’s can absolutely sense this and block it as well. Remote influence is a real and documented phenomena, but the effects have only been documented in regards to biological measurements, stress and relaxation indicators, etc, to my knowledge. I play with it sometimes, but unless it’s being used to help folks, such as implementing it for healing, I see it as little more than a parlor trick not worth developing.
I was reading one of Russell Targ's books, and someone started to RV me. I was able to see her, she looked startled that I was able to see her. I saved at her and she smiled and left. I was practicing Gateway Tapes and meditating at the time.
I have been able to interact with a person in a target that I was viewing a couple times.
Please tell us about your experiences interacting with a person in a target you were viewing.
By implanting thoughts, you are going beyond RV and into mind manipulation. That’s a psychic attack on another individual. I would hope to dear god their angels, guides, subconscious, whatever would protect them from such intrusive meddling shielded them from your invasive unwanted presence.
Others have answered your question and told you what you've described is NOT remote viewing. I question your mental sanity and wonder why uou attempted to influence a friend in that way. It is a completely wrong thing to do. I can tell you that I've been told by two professional psychics that they were unable to read this one person they attempted to read without his permission. It was one of the psychics bosses or landlord. He was a powerful person and sure of himself. I've never not been able to read someone. I do RV but mostly Im a professional psychic.

There is no evidence that ANY actual travel takes place during the remote viewing process. An example - on public RV targets in public pools with specific target times - no viewer has ever recorded seeing all the other previous viewers also looking around the target - ever.
