Put it this way - 20 odd years of remote viewing have changed my field markings for 'normal'.
The snag here is that "paranormal" depends on the scientific explanation in use, so one scientist can fail with a definition while another can succeed.
I'm not very big on the idea of using amulets, talismans, crystals, wands etc etc etc.
On the other hand, I can see how using things like gazing bowls and other scrying devices, ganzfelds, Neorhythms and similar might give practical help.
