No. The hymen is not a freshness seal and can break very easily from activities like sports, horseback riding, stretching, riding a bike, etc. Some are born without an intact hymen at all.
There's a common surgery that muslim girls get which restores the hymen. They specifically ask that it be sewn in such a way that they will bleed on their wedding night.
