Boy, not just tourists, but it's now getting pumped full of Indian businesses and students. It's not like Uzbekistan where you stumble on to an Uzbek once in a blue moon; you see them more and more everyday. Worst part is that Indian businesses tend to bring everyone in their staff from India, even a cook or a janitor for the business, so without any regulations, they will continue to do this.
And honestly, many that come from educated families do not cause any issues. But unfortunately, the sad reality is that when there are so many people leaving abroad without knowing any better, it's bound to cause issues. And when these issues arise, people become bigoted towards the whole group as a whole, even the ones that do not cause issues (e.g. already happening in Singapore, Canada, etc.).
Unwanted Pregnancy, bleeding and torn genetals, backpain, sore and torn breasts, 20+ years of responsibility of taking care of 7+ mouths to cook for, clean after, send to school and if lady luck is feeling extra generous then a job for the extra income to feed all these months too, more exposure to tharki boss/staff/uber drivers etc. Etc.

For every level of national wealth, there's theoretically a population number where everyone could be afforded a good standard of living. Being responsible with family planning benefits the people as well as the global working class.
