Met Roman today, called him “big dawg” and told I was pumped for his season, and he was like “love the energy, bro.” Also shook Breslow’s hand and told him he was catching too much shit for this offseason. Audibly chuckled, thanked me, and was like “I appreciate that, and I hope to see you back here this season!”
I told Jackie Bradley Jr. a few years ago during Opening Day after he signed a ball for me “you coming for that Platinum glove this year?” and he said “Sounds good to me” and at the time I thought that was neat.
