Couldn't this be some kind of mistake/consequence of the dubbing process? I think some sounds are more quiet, so maybe a mixing error when adding the Russian voices?
I wonder if those sound effects are in the center channel, which normally just has dialogue, and they muted to center channel to replace it with the dub

I never thought about how actual sound effects would change between versions, especially when they're not sounds that would necessarily need to be censored (like when other versions change certain sounds and visual aspects to accommodate different regional laws and requirements) but it's neat to see the difference, even if they are extremely subtle (though the difference in Peter grabbing the bars was def one of the most distinctly noticeable).
And yet in both versions they still have that awful demon baby crying sound that the symbiote makes after it's been separated from Eddie lmao it always gives me the creeps but I can't hate on it because that was probably Raimi's intention 💀😆

In some scenes I couldn’t tell the difference like the classic half-life crowbar sound effects when Venom is hit over the head. In scenes where the pipes are hit together it almost sounds like the sound is being muffled. In scenes where Venom roars, it sounds more grotesque rather than a generic roar, and really reminded me of The Thing.
I also left the audio of the Russian version here, but it will only be the center channel extracted from the 5.1 mix. The bad thing is that it sounds a bit sped up and the tone is a bit trebly:

Russia has notoriously shoddy dubs. Sometimes it's just some dude reading the script for all the character's lines, even the women. Not saying this was it, but especially in older movies it's sometimes even funny.
Who downvoted you? Russian dubs are often voices over the faint original audio, documentary style. In some of the 35mm scans I have there's like 2-4 different russian/ukranian dubs all different.
Why are they like that? I've always wondered why Russian dubs are so monotonous and made to sound like a documentary. Or have only one actor for all characters - male or female...
We never had this in Bulgaria, for example. Only existed in the late 80s and early 90s, when we had the boom of bootleg VHS tapes - that's why it became kind of famous and nostalgic.
But we never had official dub like that even on cheap cable tv channels or obscure movies.
Something to do with the iron wall for sure. "Here, you can have this movie but were not gonna invest any precious state money in making a good dub for it".
