For me it's easily the first fight between Peter and Harry. Aside from being engaging from a storytelling perspective, I love the energy, the creativity and above all I love the fact that we get a big action were Peter is just in his regular clothes while fighting.
Peter vs Sandman in the underground. Easily the best for me.

I thought the Spider-man vs Venom fight was very underwhelming. They only 1v1 for a few seconds.
Peter v Harry round 1 is so peak some would say the movie peaked right then, 20 minutes in, and never managed to top it. Some is me. I say that.

The score is grand, the scope, the ground they cover in the fight is comparable to the train sequence in 2, and there's also 2 movies worth of character motivations behind the two of them. This is the best fight in Spider-Man 3.
Might be an unpopular opinion, but I've always liked Harry's glider far more than Norman's. I just wish his costume was a little more unique, but he had the cooler glider for sure.
If you look at photos you can see there's quite a bit of green in the suit, but yeah, could have used even more colors, maybe some gold in the buckles, some purple perhaps, does come across as just black in the movie.
Right that was the time the movie still had potential to top Spider-Man 2
The dance scene outside the shop
Probably the first Peter vs Harry fight though seeing them team up together at the end is great too

That grenade throw back was diabolical
And the pumpkin bomb even leaves his face disfigured

Tbh though probably the underground Sandman fight. Black suit Spidey is a menace. Good riddance.
Action Scene? I give it to saving Gwen. Fight? Probably the Subway Battle
Based take. This scene is quick but SO GOOD. It's not drawn out, most of the tension is wondering if he's gonna get there in time. And the way the music drops is chef's kiss.

I love the part in the first Sandman fight were Sandman hits him which results in him hitting a bus and then bounces back. It's just a few seconds but still so memorable.
