I'm newish to 3d printing. I'm a teacher and have been printing on the Prusa mk3 for a year, no problem. Finished a print Monday, worked great. Started printing yesterday and there is a problem. I think the nozzle is too far from bed, but not sure. I tried calibration but I have moved the z axis nozzle -200 and still the same. The line on the left is what it is doing now, the one on the right is from Monday. Prints a loose mess, not like before.

Just for clarification, are you moving the z axis and it says it's at location -200 (in the same menu where you can make it move the x, y, and the extruder)? Or are you using the "live adjust z" to fine-tune the calibration while printing? The shortcut for this is to long press the menu button.
Live adjust.
Just recalibrate your live Z, e.g., https://www.printables.com/model/105404-calibration-strip-for-simple-live-zfirst-layer-cal
Thank you. That is where I was making the adjustments was in live z calibration. I have ran it several times adjusting down to now -200. Which seems crazy. The machine was off when I left on Monday and turned back on Tuesday. I can see nothing obviously changed. As I said printed fine on Monday. Totally not correct on Tuesday. As far as I no one had touched it.
200 is less than you think. I might check the bed probe to see if it got moved. I’ve see. Probes as far off as more than 1,000. Maybe try moving the nozzle to the bed and then adjust your probe with a zip tie. Unscrew the probe a bit so you can move it and use the zip tie to distance it from the bed properly. Referende this P.I.N.D.A. installation guide to see the adjustment I’m talking about. Step 18. https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/how-to-replace-superpinda-mk3s-mk3s_179920#181423
Update: printer was more than 3mm off. I appreciate the help! Also I believe there is a nozzle issue too, but that is sperate form the distance one. Not sure how it happened, but my guess is some hands got inquisitive.
