Going off non-Fan Fiction stuff, the Teletubbies do have access to a device that can warp reality. So if they're allowed to use this device in the fight it's possible they could wipe the 7. They can also use their Teletubby TV to know where the 7 are at all times. If they're also allowed to use their drum then they can teleport.
I love how there is no one outside of the boys universe that would fear Homelander and the Seven. I was too early for teletubbies, but i'm learning here that they could probably 1 v 7 the group.
