Legit phenomenal coffee if you love a fruity sweet cup. Didn’t want to wait and tried around 2 weeks off roast and now pretty amazed by how much better it has gotten at 4 weeks.
They’re going to roast Peru El Romerillo Geisha on Dec 29th - and that farm has placed highly in the Peru CoE in the past. If you can nab it once they put it on the site, that’s the move. Peru had an amazing season this year, so the beans on their way to roasters are going to be 🔥
There are a couple geisha that are very nice too can’t recall the name. Could be the extra time off roast but this one hit so nicely today. They have upcoming Kenyan coffee which I’m excited about.
Nice! I regret not getting it when I had the chance, looks like it’s now sold out :(
Are there others in the current lineup at Prodigal you would recommend?

They will be from their premium line, so probably a different price point.
I haven't tried the Guat, but the price is amazing.
They will, however, release another iteration of Perlitas, and they will be good.
