Moved out and got into specialty coffee/pour over in 2025. Got myself a hand grinder on Black Friday and can finally go from bean to juice in my own place. How’s the setup looking (k6 grinder, amazon kettle and scale lol scale goes to 0.1:))
For me 100-110 clicks when I started with Hario filters. As It got seasoned with roughly 5 kilos and I moved to faster T90 papers I went finer and finer and settled on 85-95 clicks for V60 with the same recipe. It's gonna produce more fines in the beginning but with seasoning it very much improves
95-100 clicks has been great, 97 clicks with 23.8 grams of coffee, 415 grams of 211 water in 3 pours…. I do it the way I was taught at work (barista) and it’s been great
K6 GANG GANG.
Good, this subreddit praises the K6 so much I just ordered one today.
Honestly I was a little nervous I’d be a little stumped on the dial at first but honestly 3 cups in I think I got it down, things sweet
Can't wait, I heard 100 clicks and it's tasty AF.

I GOTTA try this.
What is your typical grind size on K6 for v60?

Can you explain this technique? Would love to try it
This was my first proper setup when I got started
The only thing I would tweak is the coffee. Can I send you a free gift? I own a roasting company and would love to give away some coffee.
My absolute favorite Kenya!
Sweet!
