-Coffee Collective and Heart, in my opinion, were both total stinkers. I knew both were on the more developed side, which I don't mind. I didn't, however, have a single coffee from either roaster that was expressive enough to leave a lasting impression. Booooo boring coffee 👎.

Nothing special v60 recipe and a soup shot on the robot. It was great in a tonic too.

Just standard two pour v60 recipe for me. How long did you rest it?
5 weeks today. Made a few cups each week starting at 2 up till now. Best cups were are 3-4 weeks. I was doing the hybrid switch technique.
