Might be one of the best I've seen. Just happened upon this in my recommended on YouTube, not sure if it's been posted here before. Pretty sure others by this channel have been posted though.
I don't understand how sun exposure and such abondant blackheads and pimples could be linked.
Sunlight rays have strong desinfectant / antibacterial properties and are very drying. I work full time outside from spring to fall and my skin is always spotless, and what I've observed from people working in similar conditions is that no one ever has any pimples or anything. Blemishes, wrinkles, dry skin and a leathery texture if they've been around too long and don't take care of their skin, sure, but certainely not acne, blackheads or else.
It's prolonged exposure over time. Here's an article on solar comedones by a dermatologist. Most of these videos are of older men of the lower working class who have been working outside in countries like Vietnam and India. Instead of working a single growing season, they're most likely working outside in some capacity year round. Add in other variables like hygiene practices, skin care routines or lack there of, environmental factors like smoke/fumes, how their dealing with excessive sweat, etc. and it's easy to see how someone who is working from sun up to sun down in a field, wiping their face with an old shirt or rag, doing basic hygiene to just get the dirt off would have a face covered in comedones after a decade or two.
Not really, they would probably need a hell of an exfoliant to prevent this. Probably a combination of chemical and sun exposure are the main culprits, and a hot shower alone ain't doing shit for that.
From what I've read, this looks like Favre-Racouchot syndrome, or solar comedones. It happens after decades of daily sun exposure. Older farmers and other outdoor workers are prone to it, especially if they don't wear sun protection. Smoking increases the risk for some reason. It's kind of incredible to see.
That and smoking ruins your skin health in general by causing issues like inflammation, screwing up the oxygen flow to your skin, and also messing with your bodily oil production, etc.
Yeah. There were at least two suspicious spots, to my eye, but I'm not very knowledgeable on those. Just enough to know to check them out with someone who does know.
When I see videos like this, I always wonder what finally motivated the guy to go to a spa? Did a doctor or a family member suggest it? Do spa employees look for people on the street and offer money if they’ll come and “star” in their videos? I’m very curious.
I’m curious how these videos come to be. Does the salon put out ads offering money for the worst skin so they can film it for the popping junkies? I can’t imagine this man one day looked in the mirror and said to himself “you know, I should really do something about my blackheads”.
Adding because this blew my mind when I first learned it but it’s not just sun exposure or diet or oiliness, it’s also the history of agent orange exposure in Vietnam, which is why we see so many videos from there.
This guys skin is extremely oily, that and no real treatment to address his situation. A regular daily washing of the face isn’t going to remove this. Unless he maintains his skin those blackheads will return.
Has anyone seen a before and after from these removal sessions? I'm really curious how these people look after everything is out and the swelling is down
I thought there was more scarring if you didn’t needle a little hole in each blackhead before popping. If so, poor guy. This looks like a hack job. Like why not do this at home? 🏡

Boy, can we have too much of a good thing? I'm a longtime Popping enjoyer and even i felt overstimulated by just how much popping was going on.
Dude looked like a blackhead porcupine for most of the video.
I know, I know, my lobster is too buttery and my steak is too juicy.
I don't understand how a face even gets like this. Just a proper hot shower should handle most of this before it ever spreads so much, right?
I think it's probably more being a smoker than lack of hygiene (although one could argue being a smoker is a form of anti-hygiene)
It's most likely caused by tons of sun exposure. I wouldn't be surprised if this guy was a laborer or a farmer.
I think I see cancer at 8:36
I wondered that too

I’ve treated so many COPD patients and yes, they often have skin like this.
Wait, smoking causes blackheads?!
Tar is pretty shit stuff to have inside your body.
Well of course but I never thought about it manifesting like that lol (I am not a smoker btw, not concerned for me, just curious). The more ya know.
Yeah the stuff that isn’t stuck to the inside of your lungs will find a way out eventually!
Look up agent orange - chem weapon from the Korean war. It's one of the reasons why so many of these channels are from south asia
Looks like solar comedone.

This dude lost weight when he was done. WOW!
Yeesh, I kept unconsciously tensing up my body the entire video, that was a lot 😳

This makes sense. A lot of videos I’ve seen like this seem to be from men in countries where that would be their likely profession
If I had to guess all the smoking makes little smoke particles land on the face in your pores, which combines with more dirt dust sweat from farming
Maybe! Or it could be something indirect, but I don't know enough to guess what that might be.

That massive, suspiciously melanoma-y mole would agree 😬

At this point you'd better just taking the skin off and replacing with new.
It's sick that I'd want to see what the skin looks like on the other side after being removed, just a million grey filled dots.
I was thinking along similar lines; at some point you are removing the man from blackheads, not blackheads from the man.

I’ve always wondered that too. I imagine it’s the latter scenario.
oh yeah thats the stuff
Ok lord. You can take me now.

Here's a continuation of this man's face. The very first pop was... exquisite
This is kinda crazy. There's barely an unfilled pore.

I know an old site that would pay people to send in popping videos so that could be an incentive. Had a pretty big gallery too.
Adding because this blew my mind when I first learned it but it’s not just sun exposure or diet or oiliness, it’s also the history of agent orange exposure in Vietnam, which is why we see so many videos from there.

This can cause the excessive oiliness and the grouping we see around the eyes, temples and other areas here.
I love how the video started and she already had an anthills worth of blackheads on her glove.
They remind me of quinoa.
At 5:50 I learned the entire Zyn can fits in my mouth
5:50 was absolutely chaotic
It’s like an anemone. Or the insole of a shower shoe.
It kind of reminds me of one of those stress balls with the net around it, the way she just squeezes any part of the face and it just... pops out more
That’s exactly what I thought!
Here's the almost hour long video link90 year old guy
That whole thing was amazing but boy howdy, minutes 5:30-6:00 were 👌😮💨
This guys skin is extremely oily, that and no real treatment to address his situation. A regular daily washing of the face isn’t going to remove this. Unless he maintains his skin those blackheads will return.
Christ on a bike, if he ever got punched in the face his attacker would look like an accident in a pasta factory!
I bet when he walked in the owner asked who wanted overtime that night
I'd pay to get my hands on that face!!
I had to take a fucking walk after watching this. Glorious.
Has anyone seen a before and after from these removal sessions? I'm really curious how these people look after everything is out and the swelling is down
His face is like those photoshopped YouTube thumbnails but it's real lol.

Minefield of delight
🎵I will grow you a garden🎶
Mini ennokis anyone? Lol
This was amazing but I can't stand when they never wipe the junk on collecting glove.
Or things like 0:44 why didn't she wipe the one blackhead off his face and mash it more into him ?
And 7:13 she leaves the blackhead right on her finger and keeps going.. why?
Crikey o'reilley thats a lot of blockage.
5:20 best part starts then.
buffet
That one made my toes curl! Imagine the blackheads behind his ears (my fave) and on his nose \(^▽^)/
I could only wish 💭 years ago, my husband had GRREAT! blackheads behind his ears but I guess I emptied all bc he rarely gets them anymore 🤷♀️
At 5 minutes it got insane. Holy shit.
Not even two seconds into the video I saw her index finger full of gunk and said out loud, "Oh, Jesus!"
I think this just scratched a 10+ year blackhead popping itch…I fear there may never be one as good.
his face mustve felt a ton lighter after
I kind of feel bad when it's real old people like this.
why am i gripping my phone so hard? This is the tipping point where it becomes "Ew" again
I just can't conceive how there was that much gunk in just a portion of his face. Absolutely crazy.
I’ve been thinking we need to create a word for when you haze someone and do something good for them.
Knocking this guy out and popping all the blackheads would be an act of kindness.
Omg that was amazing, I need a cigarette after that lol 😂
Superb. Thank you for posting
OMG
He must have lost a few lbs by then if that! Phew!
Like buttah.
Dudes face probably sounds like a wind chime after this
This guy legitimately lost weight from this.
Oh. My God
Do you think anyone has ever tasted one of their pops?
I will pick at the slightest sign of something on me. This man actively ignored this for a longgg time. How does it even get this bad?
Poppy seed bun face
So much how.
I left my wife for this video.
Many have this as a result of Agent Orange and chemical exposure.
I wish they weighed him before and after.
Would it have been better to apply a face mask and take it all out at once. Like, I am wondering how to prevent this. Exfoliation? Deep cleansing?
Ch ch ch chia!
Put his face in a vice and gently tighten it. It’ll cut down the popping time at least an hour.
5,000$ to lick the glove
I thought there was more scarring if you didn’t needle a little hole in each blackhead before popping. If so, poor guy. This looks like a hack job. Like why not do this at home? 🏡
May this man never die, and never wash his face.
