  • I will never forgive Republican voters for subjecting us to this man a second fucking time after all the torturous shit he put this nation through during his first term.

    This is ALL on them.

I mean the last guy they gave us was W...I'm old enough to remember this country before we were a paranoid surveillance state, cops all driving around surplus military gear and every byte of Internet traffic being hoovered into NSA silos. To say nothing of the endless wars and drone assassinations, every time these guys get the reins I am paralyzed in abject horror at how bad things can get so quickly. Then the Dems get a turn and it's just damage control and hopes that the insanity is over, hopefully we get another try and actually DO something to unwind this madness as quickly as they seem capable of shitting it out

The biggest shift that I saw from W himself was the pivot away from science and facts and expertise and towards common people thinking that they knew how to do anything on the political scale.

The beginning of the ideological attack on science, and the beginning of the end of evidence based policy.

Now most of that has been replaced by ideological dogma and pure feelings. Often revolving around angry grievances.

I would say the ideological attacks on science truly started en masse during the Reagan/Satanic Panic era. That's when we started to see the twisting and ignoring of documented evidence in favor of religion and vibes at the political level. This was never a 00s thing and too many people think it's all new.

Same for all the conspiracy shit, and insurrection shit, televangelists have been eroding the country's values since the 90s, turning people into paranoid, untrusting pawns. This qanon shit (aside from the "q" itself) wasn't anything new, it was just the far right becoming mainstream. Rick Joyner was calling for civil war in 2013 and there was talk even earlier how the country was ran by the illuminati or free masons. The country has been "evil" since at least Clinton.

They called them "Cabals" during the 80s, and before that you had large televangelists preaching about the evil "World" in the revivalist 70s with Swaggart and Jones.

I meant to put "at least the 90s" because I wasn't old enough to see all of that, but yeah basically the fuckery has been going on for a while. I think a lot of people that haven't been seeing it (I was raised in a conspiracy evangelical household) think it's new with Trump or maybe tea party but it's been the long game. Pretty sure Russia is in there somewhere, I had an article that linked them up with Joyner at one point but can never find it.

The sad irony of all the anti-intellectualism that Bush gave birth to is that Gore was in every sense his complete opposite. His second act as a science communicator is incredibly qualifying, as believing in scientific consensus and speaking well are pretty much all you need to not totally shit the bed as president. Bush and Trump are both terrible speakers and morons. I know it’s fashionable to blame his level of closeness with Clinton or the fuckery that happened in Florida, but I personally wonder how much Tipper Gore’s censorship campaign lost him the youth vote.

He didn't lose. The Fl court just decided he did.

It shouldn’t have come down to one state. He was the clearly better candidate. The fact that it did means that even if he had become president, there were fundamental problems with his campaign nationwide.

Your whole electoral system down there is so strange to me as a Canadian. and yet we have all these right wing nutbars up here who used to accuse me of having voted for Trudeau and I would be like "No, I didn't vote for Trudeau, I don't live in his riding he wasn't on my ballot. I voted for the Liberal Candidate in my riding because first past the post sucks and if I voted my concience and voted for the NDP Candidate it would have insured the Conservative won but by picking the liberal I made sure we had even a snowballs chance in hell of not getting a conservative MP. It just so happens that enough people voted for the liberal party that they won enough seats in parliament to be allowed to form government"

The other thing that confuses me about your whole system is the whole Voter registration way you do things, I've never had to register myself they just sent me a voter card the first election I was elligible to vote in and I confirmed it was good, and whenever I moved I wen to ICBC and changed my address there and it got sent up to Elections BC and Elections Canada who made sure I got the proper card to be able to vote.

    Americans need ranked voting.

That was back in the day when like 20 percent max, bothered to vote. That vote really did change the future of humanity though. We would all have had cheap reliable EVs and a society much like northern Europe's, and world wide, be actually reducing emissions to preindustrial levels by now. Instead we are on a collision course with misery and death.

(I like to think that we are all in a futuristic history simulation called "What if Gore had lost?")

You could see this was where it was headed back then as soon as they started with the President needing to be “a guy you could have a beer with.”

And then they follow it up with a person not known to drink.

"but would you sit down and have a beer with him?" Fuck no, I'd rather them be so goddamn smart and locked in that we wouldn't be anywhere near each other intellectually.

The internet gave way to stupid people being able to collectively share stupid ideas and reinforce them amongst each other. Stupid people now feel emboldened and that they are right because they found others that believe them or that they believe. Right wing media and Fox News have a much easier job now of brain washing as the right has given up on critical thinking skills.

George W wasn’t exactly committed to facts either. The WMD adventure quest turned out to be a nothingburger. Remember how the rationale quietly shifted to oil and claims like “he tried to kill my dad.” But I do agree with you. The current admin has industrialized lying. It's become policy.

I’m pushing 52, and I can recall at least a dozen stupid and/or disastrous things conservatives have put the United States through, only to later act as if they had nothing to do with it. Their reserves of ignorance, arrogance, maliciousness, stupidity, and sheer foolishness appear to be bottomless. I’d say they’re on par with a slow toddler, except a slow toddler would at least understand that voting for Trump a first, second, let alone third time is one of the stupidest things a human being could possibly do.

Conservatives are a special breed whose very existence is sustained by the science they despise. They are not serious people, yet to the detriment of all, wield serious power. Only they are far too stupid to use that power in any way that produces meaningful or lasting benefits, even for themselves because they are terrified beyond words that those benefits could accidentally help a brown person in the process of helping themselves.

Instead, they are busy implementing Project 2025, which they will inevitably detest, disavow, and swear they had nothing to do with by 2045, once its effects start to land on them.

It's the circle of goddamned life in America.

It's a Coke/Pepsi thing. Half of the planet is trying to live a life where no one fucks with them, and the other half is paranoid and has to fuck with them.

    It's as old as time.

this country would be fixed by 2 dem presidents in a row, but that sounds about as likely as trump (were he even still alive) not going for a third term

I wish I live to see that. Gore after Clinton could have been amazing for the country.

Too bad Republicans cheated and stole that election too.

Broooos that’s the future the world deserved. We were so close to going full force on climate change, before the 1c plus changes.

Why would anyone ever vote republican again? They are complicit for standing by and doing nothing.

you ask that as if republicans aren't brain dead loyalists who prove over and over that you can literally kill their whole family and they'd still vote for you

    I also remember covid!

Yeah I honestly don’t know. I’ve lived through so many Republican fuck ups that I can’t fathom it. Have the Dems been perfect? Most certainly not but it’s been proven time and time again American does better as a whole when they’re in charge.

Because there is a relentless tidal wave of propaganda in place to convince people that voting Republican is the only possible option.

And some people just like the cruelty. They feel like other people suffering means they are getting ahead.

the last guy they gave us was W Cheney

    He was the organ grinder.

    W was just the chimp.

Are we sure he won ALL the swing states?

Sure he did, the guy on a recording demanding Georgia change votes to him would never rig an election.

Quite certain that he did not.

Don’t let the ones who knew better but stayed home or thought somehow Trump would be preferable than Harris on Gaza. Those people piss me off the most.

The Gaza brainwashing still pisses me off… I had hope the younger generations would see through the blatant Swift Boating that was happening.

But, nope… Gen Z is just as easily duped as any other. Possibly even more easily duped.

Gen Alpha… well at least I don’t have to worry about them voting for another decade.

And the worst part is that this tapped into progressive morality… So you can’t logic people out of it. Even though it was an objectively bad decision. And now things are worse. For us. For Gaza (which Trump wants to turn into Gaz-A-Lago).

    /slow clap

But Harris was dodgy on the trans issue! How could I support that?! /S

    Conservatism is a CANCER!

    Conservatism in a mental disease.

(Sorry, I couldn't help sending their own words back at them)

    Turkeys voting for Thanksgiving

So you’re letting off the 80 million eligible voters who didn’t show up to the polls?

We haven’t had greater than 67% turnout in a presidential election for over 100 years; midterms average less than 40%.

We get the gov’t we vote for — or not vote for.

That didn’t help but he was the GOP candidate twice and despite being able to shut this down easily they do the complete opposite: because he’s giving the donors more or less what they asked for. The crazy helps hide how they’re doing it.

  • [removed]

Brought to by Dementia, sundowning. He's been doing it since his first term and we normalized it. But it's not normal

If he were any other person who had a loving family, he would be spending his days in a nice care home by now.

Instead, he gets to destroy America and negatively impact the rest of the world.

Exactly. A meltdown with a briefing label slapped out

It's the dementia. They often can't sleep well at night and get very frantic. It can be terrible to deal with. No idea why it seems to get worse at night

Children that don't get proper rest have a tendency to have emotional outbursts. Its harder to deal with when the toddler is a billionaire criminal with power of the President.

  • This freak has ruined Christmas this year. That's 2 in a row.

You've never met a narcissist irl have you?

They hate birthdays and Christmas, hate it. They hate other people being happy, other people's misery gives them joy.

Scrooge was not a like Trump at all, Scrooge was hurt and unthinking. Scrooge never did anything illegal or cruel either. Trump knows exactly what he is doing and enjoys it. Trump is beyond redemption, he is the anti-Christmas.

I think that's the first "Scrooge apologist" write-up I've ever seen haha... but you're not wrong.

There are multiple cartoon series rehabbing Scrooge’s image, except in those series he is a duck

Scrooge propaganda. Paid for by the Scrooge foundation. Big Scrooge.

When I was a kid I thought Scrooge was evil but now as an adult I feel like Scrooge wasn't even that bad a boss! His employees didn't even have to work in a cubicle.

Counterpoint, his employee did have to freeze his ass off because he was too cheap to buy more coal.

Scrooge was law-abiding and not corrupt (no grift, no bribery, no illegal corner cutting, paid his employees the agreed-upon, albeit too-low amount) but he was also a miser who overworked his employee, cared not one whit for his or his employee's health if it cost him money to do so, and was so generally unpleasant to be around that Crachett was legit scared to ask for a day off. He was definitely a bad boss and Bob probably should have taken his (actually fairly valuable for the time!) skillset elsewhere.

If you want to be extra depressed calculate what Cratchetts wages would be with inflation.

Yea, Scrooge was redeemed. If Trump was visited by the three ghosts he’d just bitch about how unfair the past was, how magnanimous and perfect he is in the present, and how unfair and nasty the future was. Then he’d be twice as cruel the next morning.

The radical left fake news specters spreading lies and trying to destroy America visited me last night on the orders of the false president JOE BIDEN so I am instructing our great head of DHS NOEM to start work on deporting all non-corporeal entities within the GREAT nation of AMERICA. Dig um up NOEM get them out of here! THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER. MAGA!

I see his staffers are posting that morning, cause no shot Trump knows the word corporeal.

His staffers probably don't either tbh.

When he woke up in the morning he'd make a post on his social media site, proclaiming ghosts to be a democratic hoax and then he'd deploy the National Guard to cemeteries across the nation.

Okay let’s not white wash Scrooge here

He underpaid his staff, made him work in literal freezing conditions, and barely paid them enough to eat well, much less take care of their child.

We literally see that he is the cause of Tiny Tim’s death because he refused to pay a higher salary (while he lived in a literal mansion) that would give the kid medicine

Yea he’s not as bad a Trump but he wasn’t a saint and his shiftiness was a key part of Dickens story telling about the elite and powerful with their grip over the health of Britain

Wait...are we NOT talking about Scrooge McDuck?

Scrooge McDuck slander will not be tolerated

McDuck did pocket the money put aside for Marley’s tombstone by burying him at sea. Seems like a violation of an irrevocable trust. Anyway, if not illegal, certainly morally bankrupt. He thought it was hilarious.

    Life is like a hurricane...

    Hence my confusion!

    Ebeneezer scrooge

Scrooge was redeemed at the end. I really don’t think that if Trump was in his place he’d wake up Christmas morning and suddenly be a generous leader.

Scrooge mismanaged his own grief until the kindness of others illuminated his way out of the spiral

    I'm pro Scrooge now 😭

Scrooge never took joy in other people's misery, he was blind and unthinking.

When he was shown the outcomes of his dealings and decisions in his personal life he changed his ways completely. He was redeemed because he was able to be redeemed. He had a heart but he had closed it off.

Trump is EVIL. Trump enjoys the misery of others. Trump is NOT blind to misery. He makes misery on purpose just to make misery. Trump is pedo. A crook who chooses to steal from the weak and powerless. Trump is a traitor to his country and his allies. Trump is unable to be redeemed because he has NO heart.

All the bad traits of Scrooge, the Grinch and Krampus, with no redeeming qualities.

And some more terrible things even they would never think of doing.

Scrooge was cruel in a way. He gave Cratchit the day of Christmas off, but demanded he be at work early on boxing day, the next day. It's not a comparison to Trump, just a critique Scrooge wasn't cruel. What's really sad is we have to differentiate that kind of hate Trump exudes and the less harmful but still objectional cruelty of fictional characters.

But there is a key distinction here: Scrooge never demanded Cratchit do anything Scrooge didn't himself do.

Scrooge kept the office cold to save money on coal -- hut he himself also worked in that office with no other special heat sources. Scrooge demanded his employees work on holidays -- but Scrooge was there as well, working the way he felt was the proper thing to do.

Scrooge was a miser, and cold (emotionally), and curt and a workaholic, and he was a brutal lender/landlord, offering no mercy to his tenants, but he saw all of this as fair. That's not to say there's nothing wrong with such brutality in business, but Scrooge was not cruel out of vindictiveness or pettiness or his own insecurities, he was cruel because he didn't consider the humanity of others and his many opportunities to help people from his position of privilege.

Scrooge was principled and while he was selfish to the extreme when it came to refusing to see others' perspectives and pursuing money above all else, he also followed a set of values which at least share overlap in some ways with most of us, only he applied them to the extreme with didn't balance them with other values.

It's kind of wild to offer up such caveats for a man who Dickens considered to be so callous and cold-hearted that he is one of literature's most famous and quintessential examples of a person fated to some version of hell but is eventually redeemed, but few of us expected the 2010s and 2020s to unfold the way they have. Fuckin' A.

Scrooge is literally what happens when you hide behind “it’s just business” to discard your humanity, when you become a dragon with a hoard of wealth instead of a part of the human race

    Edit:

Fuck I clicked save before finishing my thought and now forgot it….

For sure, at least when it comes to money. But Scrooge is a little bit more complex than that, he believes and also practices a hard work ethic, but he's not like the weirdo tech bros of today who "work" in the sense that billionaires have a constant stream of assistants and sycophants briefing them on their portfolios and asking them for specific decisions. Scrooge actually tended to his own books and shit like that.

And please remember, this isn't a defense of Scrooge but a criticism of our modern rot of capitalism and hero worship.

I’d say Scrooge due to his wealth had a better coat, better shoes, better socks, so he didn’t experience the freezing conditions as sharply. Like this is one of those perfect, “yeah it looks fair if you’re not paying attention, but upon further inspection, the differences in true equity despite experiencing similar adversities are there, plain as day. At that point, Scrooge’s cheapness becomes performative in the sense his comforts are actually still being cared for at a higher level while appearing to be sharing the same burden but was not. His wealth is because of his willingness to exploit others’ good will in every social exchange and his position of power over them. It’s what happens when you forget to whom much is given, much is expected or my preferred version, with great power comes great responsibility. When the responsibility of stewardship is forsaken for the power of ownership, the end result will always be exploitation and needless suffering and death.

    #ScroogeDidNothingWrong?

The old packed court of christmas ghosts let him off.

    You had me at anti-Christ

Oh just wait I’m sure he is saving something for tomorrow and Christmas Day.

I was gonna say, you have to wait for the Merry Christmas post that insults everyone who isn't a sycophant.

Freak is really the only word to describe such an insanely evil, narcissistic, basically Demonic person. Its genuinely absurd he became president twice.

    [removed]

I try to make it fun by guessing what it's going to be about! I was hoping for a "windmills" or "Battleships" dementia ramble but he's being boring this holiday.

Don't forget the Home Alone 2 Christmas as well - ruined that movie for me.

Fucker got out of prison and made billions and still not enough

  • While it is clickbaiting, I do enjoy guessing what these things will be. My guess was "transgender."

The correct answer was New York Times

The real correct answer is a child rapist that watched someone murder an infant in front of him aka Trump.

True. The lake baby record is one of the worst things I've ever read.

Epstein said that Trump is the most evil person he’d ever met and he doesn’t have a single decent cell in his body. I believe it.

And Epstein was being nice about trump....

Considering that Epstein was the only friend Trump ever had, that's quite a statement.

Imagine the devil being like “nah bro that guy is too hardcore even for me.”

'But Epstein is bad, so therefore what he thinks is bad must be good!' ~ legit conservative train of thought ive seen.

Surely some of the gut bacteria are decent sorts.

He's been feeding them nothing but tallow, butter, Diet Coke, and well-done steaks dripping in ketchup for most of a century. They may have started out alright but by now they've been twisted and tortured into orc-like counterparts.

    The Uruk-hai of gut bacteria.

For those like me that were wondering:

Source: Department of Justice (.gov) https://share.google/ZfWxdPyQMu6DIBJmP

Or search "lake baby record trump 1984" and it was my first returned link.

It’s still on the justice.gov website.

So, Trump and others raped a 13 year old then watched as she gave birth. Then they were present when they killed the baby who was then disposed of in Lake Michigan.

Why would Trump be present for this? Is this a "watch what you made us do?"

Maybe because he’s a sick fuck. Is that really hard to believe?

    Dude has power issues.

Remember the crazy Fox News propaganda diatribes about "Democrat post birth abortions"?

    That's where it came from.

    They knew.

    They all knew.

To make sure the dna doesn’t exist?

Rape is bad enough but I knew it would involve murder eventually.

I figured murder, not straight up watching someone murder an infant. Idk how this isn’t the top headline on every news network.

“Epstein File Claims Trump Raped 13 year old pregnant child and then watched murder of an infant.”

Honestly, because it’s so insane that the people who haven’t been paying attention (~65% of the country) would think it’s absurd and a total witch hunt… without realizing it’s an official document reviewed and released by the FBI

I am hoping NYT is about to drop a story about this, but we will see

Honestly I expected him to declare the work absurd itself is a security threat

Hyperica this gave me a much needed laugh

  • I don't mean to alarm everyone, but he's right, there is absolutely a national security threat, it is extremely serious, and it is ongoing right now, as we speak.

There is a child rapist that has found his way into the oval office. No one is entirely sure how, but he is there, and he will probably attempt to rape another child, if he can get the cap off his aderall bottle and overcome his advanced dementia long enough to locate a child.

“No one is entirely sure how”? The USA has a massive brainwashing system that created and maintains the largest political cult in USA’s history. Let’s be clear about that. No amount of rational argumentation was able to break that.

The US has a broken Constitution. Desert acreage gets proportionately more representation in Congress than do the millions of citizens who happen to live in urban areas. Until this flaw is fixed, we are pretty much doomed to live under the rule of the minority.

One of the few ways out of this mass brainwashing propaganda set up is to bring some serious strict rules on what Media are allowed to report as facts instead of how opinions are reported as facts

This has to backed up, with huge fines and/or jail time for the owners and editors - in a non political way

edit: I realize this may be hard to get right, because It

    • can be subjective on what opinion is

    • What is a fact? has to be clearly defined (in simple words and in legality)

    • It will get weaponized

    • It has to work with 1a (or if possible 1a changed?!)

Agree. Too much opinion presented as fact. That affects both sides but the right has been more effective translating it into a cult. Freedom of speech has dangerous consequences if not regulated properly.

Not to mention an agent of russia and putin. We are wholly fuuuucked

  • He's made Christmas 2,000, some say 3,000% worse this year. Even the Generals can't believe it.

I don't know. I am the lone dissenter in my family and I've kept my mouth shut since he was elected again. Kind of looking forward to it. Somehow, it will be me who ruined Christmas... again.

Man, we've got all of them, don't we?

Who would have thought voting for this would lead to this?

Maybe the American people just like to be told what they want to hear and will deal with the fallout once all guardrails have been removed

Surely the real problem here is not the list but is the enthusiasm there is in the country to sign up for this shit . . . .and more. There was a time when a list like this would be considered an abhorrence. Not anymore.

  • In Trump’s mind, any threat to him is a threat to national security… he has conflated his own ego with the country and no longer recognizes any separation between them. More of the dictator mindset that he no longer hides…

That is correct. It's a feature of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Other people aren't seen as separate individuals. They are viewed as part of the ego structure of the NPD, and on that basis they don't have a life of their own. They're expected to do what the NPD wants automatically. If they don't, it's not just a regular annoyance like being asked to help in the kitchen when you're watching telly, it's a cognitive dissonance which reaches right to the core of their identity.

It's why Trump can't entertain even the slightest criticism, and can't abide people who he perceives as weak such as the disabled reporter or deceased "loser" veterans. Other people are only extensions of himself so they can't remind him of any humanity or perceived weakness.

This is indisputably true. Thus the DOJ acting like both his defense team and a marketing firm as pertains to the Epstein files.

  • Trump has accused The New York Times of being a national security threat in an unhinged Truth Social post.

“The Failing New York Times, and their lies and purposeful misrepresentations, is a serious threat to the National Security of our Nation. Their Radical Left, Unhinged Behavior, writing FAKE Articles and Opinions in a never-ending way, must be dealt with and stopped. THEY ARE A TRUE ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE! Thank you for your attention to this matter. PRESIDENT DJT"

Seems like someone's having an amygdala hijack. Better calm down or the brain may be on the way to imminent eruption along with those bulging cankles and rapidly spreading makeup covered contusions.

Feels like NYT might drop something in the coming days lol

Yup. Obviously they just asked for his comment on an upcoming story. Looks like it will be a good one.

Maybe someone got some incriminating photos from their secret Santa

So they're both failing and needing to be stopped? Got it.

This is literally one of the core traits of facism - the enemy is both weak and impossibly strong.

NYT has achieved the impossible-- being an immovable paper weight and an unstoppable force at the same time!

The proper response to this here is not to wrap it up in a “The president has gone mad” piece of satire, good and all that it is but to look at it soberly. It’s not like we’re living in a SNL sketch. This is Trump’s world and we’re in it. He’s got the support. He got the mechanisms. He can, sorry, he is doing real world damage every hour of every day to everyone and everything he and his followers reach and is doing so wholly unopposed. We’re way past theoretical “What if he could…?” stuff.

For sure. I'm exhausted and pissed off by the shoulder shrugging and impotence of literally everyone, including myself.

I’m curious if “fake” applies to articles and opinions or just articles. Fake articles/stories - plausible. But if they were untrue and implied something negative about him, he could prove that with evidence. But obviously that’s not the case. But fake opinions? Or just opinions? They’re writing opinions in a non stop way? How could any of that make sense?

Declaring a large national newspaper to be an "enemy of the people" is definitely not right out of the Fascist playbook...

  • Wow, so the redacted files that implicated him in infanticide were true. He's too easy to read. Him freaking out is basically a full admission.

The Democrats really need to continually hammer this. There's no more business as usual. The president is a rapist pedophile. The administration is illegitimate.

There is nothing you can say that will change the minds of dedicated Trump voters. There is nothing they won’t ignore.

  • Any other president and he would have been impeached 30 times by now.

  • Old Yeller

Some say that he has rabies.

The best rabies. People say they’ve never seen rabies like this any time in history.

  • 25th Amendment... What more would you like him to do to prove he is unfit?

In this admin, I kinda feel like Trump would have to do something like volunteer at a soup kitchen or something. Basically it'd have to some kind of insane act of kindness that would make him unfit for their crowd.

Remember when he got in the garbage truck and pretended to be a trash man? E:lmao my account being false reported. Guaranteed I'm back in 40 minutes 🥱

Or its 30 minute tenure as a fry cook at McDonald’s.

    Medicare for All

At this point, it ought to be something that would be entertaining to everyone. I would like for him to cartwheel across the stage, after participating in the IQ challenge, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel. That oughta do the trick.

He could turn up for Christmas in his birthday suit, that would help solidify concrete proof of his mental decline.

But that would give everyone a good laugh!

Not me... I don't want to see that...

Unfortunately, the 25th isn't the right tool to use here because it's designed only to temporarily transfer power from a President who is physically unable to function (i.e. paralyzed, unconscious, in a vegetative state, or severely brain damaged to the point where they can't communicate). It was never supposed to be a remedy to remove a physically functioning, but mentally insane or incompetent President.

The only real mechanism the US has to remove a President who is, or becomes, insane is impeachment and removal by Congress, but that only works if the majority of Congress isn't *also* batshit crazy. Plus, invoking the 25th is actually even harder than impeachment because it requires a 2/3rds majority of *both* Congressional houses, the majority of current or acting heads of 15 cabinet positions, and the Vice President to jointly agree that the President is unable to fulfill his duties. Even then, invoking the 25th does not fully remove the sitting President, it just allows the Vice President to act as President until the original President is able to perform his duties again.

  • If he declares the New York Times as a National Security Threat, then he can justify arresting journalists that he doesn't like.

  • Trump is the only national security threat

  • The rats are all scrambling because of the financials being disclosed. It is always the money. Follow the money. You have to use their greed against them. Expose, shed light onto how this insane system of money and spoils use people worst parts and makes them into selfish scared people. We have to seek justice for how so few cost so many so much. There has to be a new perspective for us, one that says all deserve the best mankind can provide for each other. Or we will continue to be used as leverage in someone else’s game of life.

  • Pedo rapist felon.

  • He IS the THREAT.

  • I will be among my loved ones this Christmas, where we will be saying horrible and hateful things about this buffoon all while enjoying each other's company. Merry Xmas, everyone!

  • Nyt should post his rant on front cover. On page two in giant letters, "quiet, piggy"

  • Is said meltdown related to the newly unredacted Epstein files?

  • "The radical left, the radical left! The skateboarders, the artists! They will be my Downfall!" - President of the United States

  • I have no idea how people listen to this man talk and think he is sane. How did he even brainwash people?

Like how is it that I hear this man speak, and it seems like everyone around is just pretending he is coherent? You can hardly understand wtf he is talking about 90% of the time. Even his opponents act as though anything he is saying isn't a meltdown. Its just word vomit.

He'll genuinely say some shit like "We are going to war with Venezuela" and then say "Biggest war, lots of patriotism" twenty times in a row.

  • Donald Trump is the biggest threat to US security.

  • The President of the United States of America is a pedophile

  • Seeing a pattern of sun downing here

  • He is in a full blown panic right now. Even with them not releasing the full Epstein files, the ones they did release are damning as hell. There is no way he can stay in office, right?

  • He's the threat. Projecting so hard, dementia so hard, greed so hard, dehumanizing so hard and we still just allowing this to happen.

  • Everything to distract from EF.

  • The security threat has been, and continues to be, Donald Trump himself. Get this man out of office already. This has gone on long enough.

  • Trump, 79, Declares ANOTHER Absurd National Security Threat in Late-Night Meltdown

    FTFY

  • Oh wow, he's Nixoning!

  • I think we're seeing this pedo getting backed into a corner. I'm worried about what he'll do to avoid accountability.

  • Trump is just crabby about the Epstein files being released. He’s going to counter with a lot of crazy shit. Buckle up!

  • I’m sad trump won’t be around to witness the insane celebration that’s going to happen when he statistically passes very soon.

  • Stop assuming that he’s writing these. He is not. He can barely get a coherent thought out of his head. He could barely read during his first term. Someone else (maybe Stephen Miller?) writes these.

  • Would you too like to be able to recognize a The Daily Beast title with just a few clues? Look for the words "BREAKING" "meltdown" "late night" and "Trump"; easy as pie.

  • Does this guy ever shut up? Does the old man know that no one is listening anymore?

Unfortunately all the people around him on his “team” do, and they nod and smile.

  • These late night meltdowns are becoming rather worrisome. When does he sleep?

I am wondering if there is some Sundowner's Syndrome going on. It's very common in the elderly. My parent got that and nobody figured it out until I noticed it. My parent was normal until about dusk, then as daylight faded she would get agitated.

Seems like he usually sleeps during Security Meetings.

  • Don’t you think he looks tired?

  • It’s as if we turn the reins over to illiterate belligerent 4th graders every time, why?

  • This is not the headline that we want to see about Trump

  • In my country, we put these old people in special houses where they get to be taken care of with activities appropriate for their old age and demented soul and where they can mumble and be demented without pissing the world off.

Americans : We elect them, enable them and we relish of the world burning.

  • what a snowflake

  • What is this one about, low flush toilets, free school lunches, extreme import-export imbalances of coffee beans?

  • He’s such a whiny widdle bitch. Nothing would give me more joy than them dragging him out in cuffs as he’d have the biggest baby tantrum crying.

  • He always loses his shit at the holidays. He can’t stand the focus being on anything else.

  • Can this lunatics just not say anything for one fucking day! I am exhausted hearing constant rude nonsense coming out of his mouth

  • There's a scene in one of the Harry Potter movies where the villain says "to criticize me is to the criticize the Minister and by extension the Ministry itself". This is just what this clown is doing. He honestly believes that he and the country are one and the same so to criticize his blatant corruption is to make an attack on the country and you should therefore be marked as, at best, a security threat and, at worst, a traitor punishable by death. The scariest part is that he has convinced other people of this. If there is any comfort at all to be found it's that more and more people are becoming aware to just how much of a traitor to the people he is.

  • Notice how they’re labeling anything that disagrees with them or just states facts about the administration as a terrorist, revolt, un-American, etc?

  • Like... Dude can we at least take a break from the nuttery for Christmas or something...?

  • I wonder just how far into dementia he’ll have to slip before they inact 25th amendment
