The infuriating thing is that Trump said in July that he stopped being friends with Epstein because of recruiting Giuffre from Trump's club, but apparently that didn't warrant questions from the press about why he'd later be spending time alone with her in Epstein's house in New York if that were true (or why he now says they did, when she had said in a sworn deposition that they had not).
So, it's important to recognize that she isn't one of the people that accused him; she had said in a statement they hadn't met at any of Epstein's properties. And somehow after that press conference and the one where they said it was her he was with, nobody seems to be interested in asking why Trump would be spending hours alone with a teenage girl that he knew had been recruited by Epstein if he was upset enough to stop being friends about that happening, or why she said that they hadn't met at Epstein's house when he says they had.
So, there's something more to that story, but we'll likely never know what or why since she's gone now. All we know is that a rapist says he spent time with her alone in the home of his friend the sex trafficker while she was still a child, and she had said at one point that they didn't.

Judges are NOT limited to punishing humans. They can also issue court orders to make things happen. For example ordering US marshals (you can also deputize temp marshals if the actual marshals refused) to go to the treasury and personally oversee the physical transfer of funds from actual computer terminals with the staff there or however it works, to send the funds to those states
As I just told you in the above comment that you didn't read, judges can deputize anyone as if they were a marshal if the actual narshals refuse. You can simply deputize a squad of local police to fulfill the court order instead.

Not to mention we have not expanded the House in over a century. Our system is fundamentally Illegitimate as a form of representative democracy, and always has been.
Americans in general have a very poor grasp not just of international history, but also of their own history. And it's a flaw that not just MAGA is guilty of.
Idk how many times I've had to point out historical examples of military juntas being a net negative, or explaining parallels with Nazi Germany for why poor approval ratings are not a guaranteed death knell for dictatorships.

An adjacent county had a river flood farmlands, many popular for holiday activities like pumpkin patches. The county is known for being red and much more conservative than Seattle and our county. Local news interviewed a farm owner in the former, who said no they do not have flood insurance but they’re hoping for that emergency declaration disaster relief money… then did a little more digging and found their endorsements of republicans.
They only care when it affects them. But nobody else can get aid. Otherwise it’s “fuck those social and financial support programs.”
Judges can force it to happen if necessary without any executive branch cooperation. Judges can just assign random people off the street to enforce court orders if they want and if marshals refused
