As an American, I have the same question. That said, this doc is an FBI tip that came in 2020. So, pretty late, and who knows if the tip is from a crazy person. It sounds somewhat grounded in they are looking for the investigator.

The conclusion I would draw is he would want to be there to make sure no evidence was taken so he couldn't be black mailed, and if this was a new experience he wouldn't yet be comfortable with other people taking care of the clean up.

Goal is to make people not trust things in the files. Releasing this makes the main stream media have to run stories about how some of the documents are known to be false or just rumors.

Yeah, the title article here is about a 2020 report of conversation in 1999 when the man met a woman who claimed Trump and Epstein raped her. You're never going to find that man or that woman to even start to piece that together. It may or may not be false, but it isn't credible and isn't actionable.

There is no "note: this was found to be ridiculous" determination on files like this. It would have been written down and included in these files. The dates are the date the tip was made not when the event Trump is accused of happened. That was in the 90’s, I think. It’s interesting. I see your point otherwise. The problem is that the really salacious reports were all given in 2020 during the election. Anything that first pops up after trump becomes a serious candidate in 2016 is going to be questionable.

The conclusion I would draw is he would want to be there to make sure no evidence was taken so he couldn't be black mailed, and if this was a new experience he wouldn't yet be comfortable with other people taking care of the clean up.
