Negley is weird because cars will be going just fine and then all of a sudden half a dozen cars crashed out on the hill.

Over the last five minutes or so more cars have been taking it real slow with their blinkers on.

Yes and our new mayor seems to be on the job. Pleasantly surprised to see a salt truck on my block a couple of hours ago. Wild contrast from zero pre-treatment or ploughing for the New Year’s storm.

We just cam back from a round trip to Kent to drop our son off at college. When we left the temperatures were in the 40s so snow wasn't a factor and by the time we got to our destination temperatures had dropped 15 degrees. I hate to say it but Ohio handles snow better; they had trucks out on I-76 spreading salt even on the shoulders. On the way home when we got to Crafton on I-79 southbound there were drifts into the passing lane.
