Hoping to spare anyone a surprise at the door! Just found out the Taylor Tomlinson show at Benedum tonight was fully cancelled.

Benedum contacted me about rescheduling the event from November, both via text and email, but never about the cancellation for tonight’s show. My boyfriend found this out by randomly googling, so we would not have known and shown up downtown for the show tonight.
I can confirm I was refunded in November, but didn’t notice until now as I assumed this was related to another event (so didn‘t make the connection it was this show was cancelled).
There was an email sent out on November 18 from the company that organized the tour, cultural trust email, social media posts and refunds to tickets...they let everyone know
Thanks for letting me know! I truly never heard anything after they re-scheduled the first time, which seems to have been an error based on all that you received. So weird
I never got the original cancellation notification (I saw it on her social media) and had missed that the rescheduled event had been canceled as well until I had randomly seen a refund from the Benedum in my account.
I did get a notification for the second cancellation I missed, but never for the first rescheduling. It was weird! I hope everything is ok with her, I was really disappointed as I had missed seeing her a few years ago when she came.
That’s strange! Lessons learned to not depend on the venue. I was also looking forward, so hoping she’s okay. There will be more opportunities I’m sure
