It’s only my second cartilage piercing so idk if I’m a good one to ask lol. It was worse than my helix, but it wasn’t unbearable. Idk if I have thick cartilage or something but it took my piercer two good shoves to get through (which is the same way my helix went with a different piercer), so if you want it to be quick and easy I doubt this is the best option. Overall though it’s not terrible I think. Maybe a 5 on the pain scale?
