There are hundreds of HOAs in Scottsdale, if not into the thousands... Not sure you're going to find a map with all of them, or will need to be more specific if you're looking for one particular one.
Decent chance Scottsdale might have something similar, it’ll just take some digging for OP. But also a decent chance Scottsdale is just too big for one piece of information like this.
That a surprisingly small number to me, especially if it includes Neighborhood / Community Associations as well as HOA's. I'd expect nearly every multifamily property to have their own HOA registered.
Within a mile of my intersection in Phoenix there are at least four HOA's and 16 community / neighborhood associations.
