I remember my church had a sound proof side room with a glass window just so if you had a loud kid you can still be there at church without disturbing others. They had speakers inside so you can still hear the priest or whoever was speaking.
Eh, we had a lot of little ones at my church growing up, and they rarely caused an issue. I think it depends on what's involved, how long it was, and if the little ones are able to get involved.
Kids were always encouraged to answer questions and share their thoughts. I remember one kid saying he was praying for a Transformer, which we all thought was adorable 🤣
