Hi everyone. I'm from the US, currently living in Iowa for grad school.
I'm looking for someone to exchange letters or postcards with on a monthly (or more often if wanted) basis, either from the US or outside of it. I'd love to build some sort of long-term friendship! I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, but have also been wanting to learn a little bit of German (currently speak at an A1 level).
A little bit about me: I'm currently studying engineering in grad school. I do have a support system, but sometimes it does get extra lonely. I'm in my 5th year of a (hopefully) 6 year degree. In my free time, I read a lot. I love reading all genres - my favorite is sci-fi. I also run a lot, I'm currently training for a marathon. I'm also really into my Traveler's notebook, plus stickers and stationery in general. I have a long-distance partner who lives in Seattle, so I try and visit them around once a month - you might end up seeing some postcards or stationery specifically from the PNW. My favorite animal is the sea otter.
I think that's a good summary of who I am and what I'm looking for. I'm really excited to connect with someone! No age restrictions, but I would prefer someone who also identifies as female.

Hello! I’m (29F), living in the US on the east coast for the last few years. I’m also a huge travelers company fan (and just love stationery in general, esp fountain pens!), and my other main hobbies are reading and knitting. Would love to be penpals if you’re interested :)
