Going to spend a week in Paramus. I see there are plenty of chain stores and malls, but anyplace with solid healthy good food? Willing to go outside Paramus.
Ridgewood, Westwood, Hillsdale, Allendale, Ramsey, etc... are super close, depending on where in town you are. They all have more of a "town center" with more independent restaurant options.
You might have better luck reading posts on r/bergencounty. There are a lot of Korean restaurants in Palisades Park + Fort Lee. Probably best to post your budget as well. I liked Houston's at Riverside Mall. Sorry none of these are Paramus and I don't know any healthy food places.

Route 17 N Suburban Diner makes fresh food.

Houstons in riverside square mall is rly good but on the pricier side, lidos pizza is good as well
