Hey guys. This is the first time I've ever overclocked RAM. I did an undervolt / OC on my GPU but that was pretty easy compared to this. I had Copilot help me with a memory overclock. My goal was to get better CPU performance because the main game I play is battlefield 6 and I am CPU limited in that game, I have a 7800 xt GPU.
Anyways I started at 5200 MT CL40 and I had copilot AI help me adjust voltages and timings. It said that that because I have hynix m-die memory that I could push it to the sweet spot of 6000 MT CL36. I never ran into any issues while training and im currently stable having ran 30 min OCCT test and a few hours of gameplay.
I saw another user's post asking if you could potentially damage or limit the life span of my ram by overclocking it and I was wondering the same thing. I am hoping someone can take a look at this and double check my work.

Use TM5 to test ram. And it takes many hours, not 30mins to test for stability when OC ram, if u dont test you will corrupt your data and get blue screens. I tested over 3 months to stabilize 6600mts, its honestly a nightmare once u know what your doing how long it takes to know what your using is stable tbh.
Edit: basically, u cant claim stability within 30mins it takes several hours of testing.
Edit 2: you should oc ram, stabilize, then oc cpu and gpu, not the other way around. Right now you have 3 overclocks and finding the culrpit to a crash is next to impossible.
It might be Samsung instead if Hynix. Hynix should be able to do 6000 cl30 with 1.35v. Try that an if it doesn't post then it's not Hynix.
I just double checked CPUZ and it says the DRAM manuf: SK Hynix. model number UD5-5200
Then it's either A or M die so you're good
