Daytime temperatures were around 25 °C, nights dropped to about 10 °C, so layering was essential.

The backpack is visible in the photos . I’m aware it’s not a favorite here, so no need to debate that haha

Packed items:

  • Swim trunks
  • 3 linen shirts
  • 1 merino T-shirts
  • Sleep shirt
  • 4× underwear (merino and airism)
  • Minimal toiletries kit
  • Merino cardigan
  • Down vest
  • 1 pair of shoes
  • Nintendo Switch
  • Charging cables + power bank

Everything fit comfortably, no laundry except underwear.

What I’d change next time:

Skip the Nintendo Switch, it didn’t get as much use as expected.

I'm more interested in unconventional bags than more of the same.

I'm secretly waiting for someone to onebag in a brown paper grocery bag, if anyone needs inspiration.

I might take the bait for a short trip, but I will not do it for my next trips as there might be some rain on my 2 week trip and the trip after that will be fly to Rarotonga, Cook Islands and fly back from Auckland, New Zealand, so it requires a more sturdy bag. Maybe in 2027 ...

I don’t even know what the bag is.
