It's strange isn't it, because today I absolutely hate what I see in these pics. Not the content per se (I still appreciate and enjoy most of the bands on display here, for example) but I have a profound dislike for how it's all laid out. Hard to explain. Maybe I just can't appreciate my own past for what it was.
tbf, it WAS a LOT of posters π still dope but understandable why you'd grow to not like it. like me when I logged onto my old NFS Underground save from when I was a kid, those cars were HIDEOUS π but its also almost like a glimpse at old innocence in a way. anywho, im stoned and rambling so do with this as you will lmao
The red dwarf dvds make me think you're British too, but maybe it's because I don't know a lot of the bands in your posters but I haven't noticed any uk ones, all the ones I recognise are American (only really slayer, pantera, and anthrax)
I am indeed from the UK. Well done spotting the Red Dwarf VHSs (I hadn't quite gotten into DVDs yet, but I think the market was opening up.). Those Red Dwarf video labels were actually my own design, I'm sure I had just recorded them off TV and made my own copies basically. And yes I liked a lot of US bands. There were a few UK bands I was into as well (dBh was a local hardcore metal band, which I appear to have owned a cap of, as well as stickers) and I also loved Napalm Death and Sabbath but maybe I didn't have any posters of theirs.
Ohh, as someone who was born in the later half of the 2000s, I wasn't sure the difference between a dvd and a vhs π«£,
I love black sabbath and will definitely listen to the other two you mentioned!!
Nah. I dug them for a time, never interested me as much as metal/grindcore/hardcore really. I was in quite a heavy metallic hardcore band not long after leaving school, that shaped my tastes a great deal.

But do the cars you customized then fit the OBC style? Post them here, if possible ππ€
Do you still have some of those posters?
Not a single one. I own basically nothing from this room anymore, except some of the books and a handful of CDs.
What happened to all of that stuff ?
Lost to the ravages of time.
Now thatβs cool
A lot of sick posters here, but the Rollins Band and Pantera ones really stand out to me \m/
Edit: Just noticed the Entombed one as well. Great taste showcased here
Thank you, and well spotted. I still listen to Rollins Band and Entombed religiously
Insanely cool room, I love it! May I ask where you're from?
You may. But firstly, can you guess?

Hope you enjoy them as much as I still doπ»
Hell yeah Milk and Cheese
Holy shit, that Milk & Cheese poster is a deep cut
Thanks. I drew that.
Fargo poster legendary
Favorite Slayer song?
Chemical Warfare, probably. Haunting The Chapel is their finest release, I'd say. I'm not super into Slayer today but that EP is magnificent.
No nirvana?
