That’d probably be pretty good. When I lived in China my roommate would make “Coke Chicken”. Literally just raw chicken marinated in Coca-Cola. It was bomb.
This sounds good... cherry, vanilla, Carmel sweetness sounds like a good sweet glaze. I often make a sweet glaze of orange juice concentrate and amaretto liqueur.
Swear to God I was at Publix yesterday picking out a ham and almost got this. Dr Pepper Ham, root beer ham, cherry cola ham are all really good. Probably better to just crack open a can and pour it over as you smoke/roast it. The sweetness is all you're getting from this one, whereas a can would have the acid to help with the tenderness as well as the having the sweetness
It's probably good, pork loves sweet
Totally. I mean, Maple sausages and honey ham are great. I'd totally give this a whirl.
Then I'd brush my teeth and check my blood sugar.
Dude I love pork in a doctor pepper reduction
Yeah, I’m not sure if it’s just a Midwest thing, but it’s common to pour a can of Dr Pepper in to the crock pot when making Pulled Pork
Completely agree. I'd be willing to give this a go if I had it in my country (which I probably don't)
We do a coke and brown sugar rub, this isn’t THAT different

I brine my brisket in Dr Pepper. Shit taste so good
A lot of you have never spent time in the south it seems
Right? I’m like sounds like it taste a lot like my uncle’s when he uses Dr Pepper
What's going on with her thumbnail?
op actually paid for that lmao. fried egg lookin fingernail

Willy Wonka is in the meat game now
Chocolate beef! Everyones fav!
And caramel hot dogs! Oh wait that sounds kinda good.
It’s a thing in the south. Coke glazed ham. I guess the cherry vanilla thing is a new twist.
The cherry would be good, not total sure about the vanilla. Not that different than a honey glazed ham when you think about it.
People soak ham in cola. I've mainly heard Dr Pepper.
Rum ham + Cola ham = Rum & Coke ham
Can't tell if this is real or Photoshop
My parents always made a ham for the holidays and we covered that bitch in yellow mustard, brown sugar, and sprite. I bet that tastes bomb
I feel like TikToks Josh & Momma need a check for this one

soda glazes are a pretty common thing. I use a Dr pepper bas form my hams. this really isn't a stretch.
Still not Rum Ham
Cola is a common sweetener to baked ham in the South
I use soda to marinate meat from time to time; it adds the acidity to tenderize the meat and it does add a good flavor.
I wanna try it
Too bad it's not a bird because it could be called a Chicken Cherry Cola.
Sounds delicious
I mean, we use ginger ale, so not that weird, really..
Of course those nails are a thing
