The owner and likely the mods really don’t care until they finally faced consequences for not labeling subs as NSFW.
I believe they bypass moderation because technically the posts aren't NSFW because nothing posted there shows any more skin than a 2 piece swimsuit. That being said, they are using the photos for an NSFW purpose so it should be marked...
