Directed and Staring Jonathan Retamozo this 22 minute Short Film is inspired by the Martin Scorsese film After Hours mixed with other influences. It's a very urban based Christmas Story about 3 Film Nerd Friends who go on their separate adventures during the Christmas Week. Although particular focus is placed on the main character Shawn and how he deals with being stood up by his friends after they were supposed to hangout.

This was a big passion project from my friend Jonathan and he put a lot of effort to get this out in time for a Christmas Day release.

  • I legit felt like I was watching something redlettermedia would make fun of lmao. Hope "your friend Johnathan" takes a writing class at some point and figures out how humans speak to each other, would def help.

    Edit: Went back to see the beginning and the big SNIFF in the middle of the opening monologue is just *chefs kiss*

    Why do you put “your friend Jonathan,” in quotes? What’s that about?

    And while I can’t speak for if my friend has taken a Screen-Writing Class or not I have myself taken Screen-Writing Classes. And quite frankly the way you’re expressing your criticism is unprofessional and overly negative. I mean you brought Screen-Writing Classes into this so I’m just telling you that this comment you left here would not fly in an actual Screen-Writing Class.

    But oh well, it’s your opinion. Just also wanted to respond to it.
