Current license and PSOR is Connecticut. Per the nursys (gawd I hate that name) website, to renew my license, I need to do that through my PSOR’s BON website. This is a screenshot from elicense.ct.gov (yes, spelling/grammatical errors and all) I’m not trying to pay anymore money than I have to (can’t imagine CT DPH refunding me if I pay in error), my supervisor is terminally unhelpful, and CT just joined the compact in October so no one I work with knows. Please advise.

You need to renew your CT license
You need to renew. Connecticut is your home state right?
You don't have a multi-state license from an NLC state, so you do still need to renew (I think that was pretty obvious from what they're saying). You can convert to multi-state whenever (info here).
CT is where you live and work? It's your licensure state. You need that license.
As an example, if you lived and worked in Florida and had a Florida license, but had a CT license to work in CT just in case, you no longer need that CT license, as your FL multistate license would be enough to work in CT, so just let the CT license expire.
Same thing just happened to me and my WA license. Since they joined the multistate compact, I no longer needed a separate WA license as my home state license and compact license in GA works in WA.
