The “snowflakes” are made out of sterile water, zofran, and toradol vials. The others are made of keppra vials, and another one is made of protonix. Felt like classic ED meds
Speaking from experience of our recent survey, it's not that they are controlled, but improper disposal. Not a fan of joint commission, dph etc, as they left us during covid. But they have cited us for iv flushes being on a desk. These are still prescription meds so they'd ding for storage/disposal.
Festive but still respecting the DNR.
Ok question, is that your only DNR band or do you have multiples? Because wouldn’t that technically mean you should give meds and intubate?
I’m asking because last contract tried to “make code status easier” and only complicated it more in the system.
Regardless, great wreath!
This is the only one we have. The bow is technically made of multiple ones.
Ampules were lorazepam and haloperidol?
The ultimate silent night😄
Lmaooo I wish, that would’ve been amazing! It’s mostly a mix of keppra, protonix, and lots and lots of zofran and toradol vials.

Thats awesome!!
I remember an OR in our local hospital used the bovie cautery pen as body for butterflies and a few other disposable instruments as christmas decor
That’s a work of art!
This is soo good!
Hahaha!
Shouldn't those med vials be competely empty? Don't see any drug too alarming, but they apear to have residual medication.
