Does anyone know anything about this man/ministries and how they are financed? I’ve gone through their social media accounts and website but it is unclear.
Funded by donations, which go directly to Mr Tinsdale. Interestingly, this isn't a limited company afaict, so the money really does go directly to Mr Tinsdale, and it's not a charity either so has no real requirement for auditing of the accounts. Say no more eh? However, they clearly do a lot of charitable work in Central/Eastern Europe and there's a lot of evidence for this.
If he's associated as a church or registered as a charity you can access finances (if you're looking for those) on the charity commission page. I work with a couple of churches. If it's private it'll be on companies house beta, if applicable (if very small they may not have accounts shown)

No official charity numbers or legal entity details are published on their website. There is also no publicly available safeguarding or child-protection policy, and no way for the public to verify AccessNI or similar vetting — as such checks are private.
But you can ask them directly. Hes been mentioned by Presbyterian, CoIre and Congregational churches in Dromore and theres a HFYM address on their site.
I wonder is he related to Andrew Tinsley, also from the Dromore area. If so, I'd be steering well clear.
Fella is a pedo and currently in prison for numerous sex offences. The family, along with whatever church it was they were/are a part of, tried to keep it quiet before it all blew up.

Colin recently shared similar flyers at an integrated preschool and parents are shocked as they had no idea that he would be sharing these things - they were told he was just visiting the school to promote integration. The message is really disturbing specially for kids that young.
