Authorities in general dont take sexual crimes seriously. Even today in modern times.
But Epstein was connected. He was connected to the CIA and Mossad. Among other groups. He was a broker. Information and children and probably more. He had connections with multiple governments. And multiple billionaires.
In 2004-2006 5 teenagers/young women filed police reports about sexual abuse and rape by Epstein. He got a sweet plea deal in 2007 by Alex Acosta, the Former Secretary of Labor under Trump 2016-2020 and now a chairmember of Sinclear Media.
Epstein was tipped off in advance that he was about to be raided, and hired cleaners to wipe his hard drives and remove everything. Nevertheless, there was so much evidence that the police still found tons of homemade child porn and other incriminating documents, including instructions how to take delivery of a girl he bought in Thailand.
Alex Acosta gave Epstein a sweet plea deal that destroyed all the evidence, and, get this: granted immunity to any unindicted co-conspirators. You read that right, Epstein's original FL plea deal not only wiped his record and gave him immunity, it also gave immunity to everyone he committed crimes and raped kids with, known and unknown!
These people have always been protecting each other.
Alex Acosta was nominated as Secretary of Labor under Trump. When asked why he gave Epstein a sweetheart deal during his interview, he said, "I was told to back off, I was told Epstein was linked to intelligence" from people in Washington...
An FBI agent in an documentary said she was told to shut down the investigation into Epstein from higher-ups in the FBI, and she was upset and frustrated at the decision. She called an Epstein victim's lawyer to tell him the news and cried when she told him.
The "all co-conspirators" clause in the agreement was likely to prevent any investigation or public naming of rich and powerful people, whom we know of some today, likely being Clinton, Gates, Trump, etc...
As a convicted sex offender, he wasn’t supposed to even qualify for work release. But Acosta allowed it to happen. That’s man did anything and everything to please and impress Epstein and his legal team as Acosta was desperate for power. He saw the victims as obstacles and worked with Epstein’s legal team, including Allen Dershowitz against the victims.
This is all public information.
And yes, Epstein’s “sentence” in his non-prosecution was basically sleeping in a jail for a year and a half, while raping girls during his “work release”. Named and unnamed co-conspirators got (global) immunity.
(Which is why Ghislaine keeps whining saying she should never have been charged.)
Because we're a stupidly large country and a lot of the time the news just likes to not cover protests if they don't have to. They'd much rather cover anything else than show dissent in the country. Plus anyone who's that connected you can be sure that they're gonna pull every string they can to get it quietly swept under the rug.
But yea we're a stupidly big country. It would require basically every country in Europe, along with probably the baltics (I don't know the exact land size of Europe or the US I'm going off of an overlaid map) to agree something the EU parliament did was stupid, and all collectively riot.
If you have ever watched american “news” - all of it is just entertainment - the way they write it and the way they deliver it. More than half the population has the literacy of a grade Sixer - so they fluff the news and make it as “exciting” as possible without ruffling feathers or bringing “bad things” into it (guns and gun violence apparently isn’t considered bad) - to keep the attention of their consumers.
It has been like this ever since I can remember and unfortunately you can see the effects bleed up into Canada - I hate it.
I'm stuck in this stupid country, I have to live it. It doesn't help that the rest of the world sees only what is internationally broadcast, and gods I hate how STUPID that shit is.
Local news can be better though that's not guaranteed, but are limited both by smaller budgets, and the fact they keep more local. Thanks Sinclaire for keeping our stories more entertainment/exciting than actual important. And since they're not technically a monopoly we can't do shit about it... yaaay.
Unfortunately some want it like this, and worse. Also the US is the size of the entirety of Europe. Can you imagine every country in Europe rioting together?
A riot would have to involve many people to be effective, and it would have to be led (strategized, planned, etc.) by some smaller group of people. That takes coordination. How do people coordinate? Via social media and personal communication apps.
Guess who can spy on the leaders as they're using those? Guess who can arrest them and charge them with terrorism, or accuse them of any other crime for any mistakes they might've made in official paperwork like taxes, or hack into their computers and plant damning evidence? And if that doesn't work, there are more direct means or getting rid of people.
People act like COINTELPRO and the murder or "suicide" of activists never happened here. I can only assume that with spying software provided by Palantir, and a craven legal profession and media openly rolling over for corruption, that things now are much, much worse than they were even then.
Americans riot over sports teams, not tyrants running pedo child-rape smuggling syndicates or fascists taking their tax money and enriching the billionaires while arresting them in unmarked vans with hooded goons aiming guns at them.
I'm trying my best but so many condemn me as being emotional or just as bad as any other extremist when I state that Republicans are pedophile enabling traitors to America, the Constitution and even the gospel of Christ.
Epstein had ties to multiple intelligence agencies, including significant ties to Russia:
“I think you might suggest to putin that lavrov can get insight on [Trump] talking to me,” Epstein wrote in a June 24, 2018, email to Thorbjorn Jagland, a former prime minister of Norway who was leading the Council of Europe at the time of the exchange. Lavrov was an apparent reference to Sergei Lavrov, Russia’s longtime foreign minister.
In the email exchange, one of hundreds released Wednesday by congressional investigators, Epstein indicated he had previously talked about Trump with Vitaly Churkin, Russia’s forceful ambassador to the United Nations, before Churkin died in 2017.
“Churkin was great,” Epstein, the late convicted sex offender, wrote. “He understood trump after our conversations. it is not complex. he must be seen to get something its that simple.”
The exchange was among dozens that showcase Epstein’s extraordinary network of international associates, whom he often corresponded with about Trump’s first-term policy decisions.
Senator Ron Wyden said in Congress that the US Treasury Department file on Epstein detailed from one account no less than 4,725 wire transfers that totalled $1.1 billion, and that he had extensive financial correspondence from Russian banks over his sex trafficking activities.
According to the Dossier Center, Epstein had ties at least as early as 2014 to Russian civil servant Sergei Belyakov, a graduate of the FSB Academy and sometime head of the St. Petersburg Economic Forum; during this engagement he advised Russian government circles on how to circumvent western sanctions against the country. According to journalist Michael Wolff, Epstein told him he flew at least once to Moscow, in 2017, to meet with Vladimir Putin, to whom Epstein bragged repeatedly about providing services in the final decade of his life.
TBH, it feels like Epstein is an intersection of literally all of conspiracies. Lolita Express, he was lead analyst or something like that in Bear Sterns, CIA/Mossad, as if every single fringe right-wing theorist should look at him and find literally Satan. Child Trafficker, bank shark that is partially responsible for 2008, Clinton AND Trump...
Not necessarily. Sometimes prosecutions take years, and there'd have to be a flip of power in Congress and the WH probably before it will happen. Congress can get the ball rolling if the majority flips, but the WH would have to change parties so that the top brass at the DOJ isn't so partisan and in lockstep with Trump.
Either that or the rank and file GOP voters would have to have a severe backlash against their Members of Congress that they could not be ignored. Regardless, I don't think it will happen as long as Trump is in office and as long as the GOP voters are complacent and okay with this.
Yes, and Bill Clinton was president at that time, as I recall. So are we to believe that the FBI knew Bill Clinton had visited Epstein and failed to act without mentioning the allegation to the president to cover for him? OR, was the head of the FBI instructed by the president not to investigate? OR, are we only now hearing abut this because it happened under the Clinton’s administration even if he knew nothing about it?
Is there anything in the files recently released that suggests that Bill Clinton was aware of Epstein’s abuse of minors and was motivated to cover for him or are there only breadcrumbs leading to it with no smoking gun?
What evidence are they slowly dripping out that might either exonerate or implicate the CURRENT president’s relationship with Epstein since the same motive being implied for Clinton applies even more so for the current president, since the latter was close personal friends with Epstein and continued to be friends with him long after Clinton parted ways with Epstein in 2005.
I do find it curious that around the time this report was made to the FBI is when Clinton has stated for the record that he parted ways with Epstein but he would do that even if all he was guilty of was falling into a blackmail trap. But why is the focus ONLY on flinging innuendo all around Bill Clinton and other celebrities here but not the current president so far?
anybody thats been in power since 1990's should be investigated, and the owness to prove they weren't complicit should be on everyone that was in the administration and came across these crimes n their time.
Also it wouldn't have been the DOJ making that decision, it would have been the state (NY or FL wherever had jurisdiction over Epstein and the victim's claims) FBI office. It wouldn't have even filtered up to the federal level/DOJ until there was going to be an indictment.
FBI is a pro Republican agency. If the FBI believed they could do something to hurt the Democratic party they absolutely would have done so. Comey did everything he could to hurt Clinton. Then, after helping Trump get elected president, Comey gets fired by Trump.
The real blatant corruption was the non-prosecution agreement that Epstein somehow got for himself and Sarah Kellen, Nadia Marcinkova, Lesley Groff, and Adriana Ross (his assistants).
Alex Acosta gave these people IMMUNITY and Epstein got a sweetheart deal when the FBI had already uncovered 40 or 50+ victims in the mid 2000s
While 80% of people in America think that men are women are guaranteed equal rights in U.S. Constitution, the U.S. is one of 28 countries out of 194 globally that does not explicitly guarantee equality of the sexes. With the failure of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), the U.S. constitution still today does not adequately protect citizens from sex discrimination, leaving American women in limbo with a legal system that was never meant to protect them. When it comes to legislation and policy protecting women from violence, the United States seems to have fallen short.
Rights, norms, and laws constructed in society are made for the public sphere and were never meant to regulate the private sphere. Therefore, the state did not mean for women to have any rights in the space it delegated them. Legal scholars have identified this lack of legal framework as contributing to women’s economic and physical insecurities. By situating political and legal institutions only in the public sphere, the state created a society where crimes such as domestic abuse and sexual assault are some of the least reported offenses today. Historically, physical and sexual violence against women were considered a right reserved for men. Violence was normalized and not legally considered a form of abuse.
It's sad that the most likely answer is buried under a bunch of conspiracy theory nonsense.
Authorities dismiss claims of abuse made by women all the time. Especially when there's no immediate obvious proof. Especially the further back in the past you go. And especially when the men being accused are rich and "respectable".
But conspiracy theories are exciting and have a clear person/people to blame. Systemic failures in our legal system caused by discrimination are just depressing.
It’s sad that there is anyone who believes that Epstein wasn’t given special treatment above and beyond what the “average” wealthy man gets. Systemic failure of the education system?
It's not a conspiracy that powerful people are involved with Epstein, this is the ONE case where it's not just the regular old sexism, but rather something more. Calling it not a conspiracy with everything we know, is a conspiracy lmao.
This is such a wildly unthoughtful and ignorant answer given all the evidence Epstein and Maxwell were intelligence assets. Do you lean towards it because it gets you a unearned dose to superiority to pull out the
It's sad that the most likely answer is buried under a bunch of conspiracy theory nonsense.
line?
EDIT: to be honest I think this account is a bot. There's probably an influence campaign going on to trim back the publics interest in the worst parts of this whole thing.
At the time it seems they were protecting Clinton. Now they’re protecting Trump. The FBI has never been on the side of the American populace: just the leaders.
Or, or, just hear me out on this, the domestic kiddy diddlers that went to Epstein Island paid the higher ups to ignore it. Israel is genocidal, sure, but ffs use Occam's Razor here.
"Nah it's totally the foreign ethnostate bro. No I won't provide sources just trust me. And it's explicitly the JEWISH ethnostate I mention by name and not some other place like Dubai with way more connections to human trafficking".
Nothing to do with being Jewish. Maxwell's family, particularly her dad were waist deep in that sort of thing. Nobody (well, regular people) has anything concrete but its a hell of a coincidence if there's no connection.
It is a matter of legal liability. Intent is a very difficult thing to prove, even in court, so for a newspaper to assert that they knew the intent is a slippery slope.
And then you end up with a precarious case like the NYT v. U.S. which during the Nixon administration threatened the independence of the entire press... The current SCOTUS, if given the opportunity, would hamstring freedom of the press.
“They” didn’t fail to investigate, Pam Bondi failed to prosecute as AG of Florida. Gosh, I wonder why the rapist-in-chief decided to make her his AG?
Just maybe it’s the same reason he made Alex Acosta his secretary of labor, to thank them for their service in protecting his pedophile buddy and to continue the cover-up.
Honestly, this reinforces my opinion that Epstein was being used as an intelligence asset. He was either working for Israel, or working for them and the US. The feds were told to look the other way because whatever they got from him blackmailing people was valuable. They did not give a shit about the children, and I would expect the Mossad to also not give a shit.
It's not the first time they didn't believe the girls...
FBI seriously mishandled Larry Nassar case, Justice Department watchdog says
"At least 40 girls and women said they were molested over a 14-month period while the FBI was aware of other sexual abuse allegations involving Nassar."
Yeah. People want it to be a conspiracy, where he totally could've been stopped if not for An Evil Entity leaning on the FBI. But the reality is that sex crimes are very often ignored and the victims gets dismissed by the police at every level, especially when those victims are part of a social minority.
Both can and probably are true in this case. Alex Acosta gave Epstein a sweatheart deal in 2007 and said he was told Epstein “belonged to intelligence”.
The problem here is that quote is coming from an unknown 3rd party through, which may or may not be apart of, the the first Trump administration, who told Vicky Ward. It's 100% not a direct quote from Acosta as the article states.
He’d cut the non-prosecution deal with one of Epstein’s attorneys because he had “been told” to back off, that Epstein was above his pay grade. “I was told Epstein ‘belonged to intelligence’ and to leave it alone,” he told his interviewers in the Trump transition, who evidently thought that was a sufficient answer and went ahead and hired Acosta. (The Labor Department had no comment when asked about this.)
So we have: Acosta said - to the Trump transition team - according to someone - who told Vicky Ward
That's not a direct quote from Acosta. It totally could be true, but you got to trust the Trump admin as that is where the quote supposedly came from ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I know right, something like 98% of rapists never see jail time. This wasn't a conspiracy, it's what NORMALLY happens. If we want to prevent guys like Epstein running around doing this shit for over 20 years after the first accusations are made, we gotta start doing what feminists have been yelling from the rooftops for years and believe women.
Disclaimer: The following post, If you do not read the whole thing, will seem at first like I am defending rapists. Please either read the whole thing or not at all before downvoting.
Way way too many rapists get away with it but I hate the 98% number because it is misleading. That 98% percent is a guess that includes unreported assaults. Based off of surveys that included questions that that label rape to events that would not be considered prosecutable.
For instance drunken sex is not prosecutable unless one of the parties was dunk enough to lose the ability to consent. If you can walk fine and talk fine you still are able to consent. Yet the self reported assault surveys included people who had sex while intoxicated as being raped.
The reason why knowing this is important. People like the Tate brothers use the erroneous or unverifiable statistics to claim that all the statistics are lies and therefore there is no rape problem. When in reality even a more accurate verifiable statistics would highlight the huge real rape problem.
The ability to question muddy or inaccurate statistics has helped to radicalize a lot of young men.
The fact that it's based on self reports is kinda the point though. Because it shows how few women even bother to REPORT it, much less jump through all the other hoops to attempt to see justice served. If somebody tells you they were sexually assaulted but it isn't prosecutable than that is another part of the problem. Why isn't it prosecutable? And we're back at square one, believing women. If my car is stolen and the thief INSISTS I gave it to him, the legal system doesn't let him off the hook cuz he said she said. And if it was that way, I'm sure you'd find a lot fewer people even bothering to report it when their car is stolen... and then we would need anonymous surveys to find out how many cars were ACTUALLY stolen each year...
The tates are a bad example btw, those fuckers just make shit up. They don't even bend the truth, they invent their own... so anybody falling for their grift has issues beyond what the specific questions on the victimization survey can address...
I could argue that a law "enforcement" entity not taking complaints by random nobodies seriously is a conspiracy. Especially considering the marketing they do to white wash their image as this higher credibility organization. They had a responsibility to investigate these allegations/crimes happening across state lines but didn't which kinda makes them complicit.
And then when they do get their kit processed two decades later, shock and surprise, the rapist actually has multiple victims in the system, which could've been prevented if only someone had run the DNA at the time.
Honestly of all federal agencies, the FBI needs to be disbanded. There's nothing they actually do that couldn't be done by other agencies and it has a consistent performance record of not acting in the interest of the public.
This should upset everyone, but not just because of the Epstein case. Because all of these victims fell through the cracks.
I don’t know enough to speak to how this happens, but I’m more inclined to believe this was government inefficiency than that the FBI doesn’t care or was protecting Epstein given when the victim reported him.
I mean, there was the whole gynmastics rape case with nassar a few years ago, so correct. Those victims were some of the highest decorated women in US history for gymnastics.
I do think that the failure is both incompetence and malicious though. The gov chooses to not revamp those processes for victims to seek justice.
The USAG does not care about those gymnasts. The gymnasts are girls which will age out of the institution. The admins in the USAG don’t. The girls do all the work, USAG gets all the benefits.
When they found out they were being investigated for Nassar, the head of USAG called a local FBI office and offered “jobs” at USAG, for some senior people there. To of course “soften” the investigation. The officers who were caught had no consequences and just had to retire early.
We may care about the gymnasts, but USAG (and some at that local FBI office) just see them as a temporary cog in the wheel.
I’m sure glad we have Kash Patel captaining the ship! Nothing gives me more confidence that the FBI will turn things around than a podcaster with no experience, no credibility, no integrity, and no intelligence!
From where I'm sitting it looks like it's all Epsteins at the top and I think there are about 7 billion people that should have a good, long, hard think on that.
Some of them likely have been notable or quasi-famous within certain industries. I knew about the French “modeling agent” Jean Luc Brunel in the 2000s. He was publicly accused by a rape victim of his in the 80s. (On the U.S. version of 60 minutes. They interviewed the model.)
When I found out him and Epstein were business partners on modeling companies, it made a ton of sense.
Jean Luc Brunel is credited with gifting Epstein 12 year old triplets (who didn’t speak English) for Epstein’s birthday.
Jean Luc Brunel got connected with Epstein through Ghislaine Maxwell.
Jean Luc Brunel was credited with recruiting trafficking victims in Eastern European countries, telling the parents of this kids that they would get high fashion modeling jobs (which… he actually did do.. He had the credentials. But a lot of his business dealings was sex trafficking.)
Jean Luc Brunel also “killed himself” in jail awaiting trial for rape and sex trafficking in France after France finally decided to arrest him. Stoping him from boarding a plane to Cameroon (no extradition treaty with France).
Maybe not dozens but I would be shocked if there aren't at least a few similar personalities, most likely being a lot more secretive though. I also wouldn't be surprised if they are more careful about age as well. Even if it doesn't make sense there is a big legal difference between sex trafficking adults vs minors.
Well he was a powerful white rich man who trafficked across the world who got his start in the Iran Contra Arms affair, who had access to Gislaines father, a very powerful man himself, he was involved with Isreal et al and ran around with billionaires across the world, this is why. Its no fuckin mystery its money and power and women and his circles needed to keep spinning. Look at the Acosta deal that was like the second or third time we tried to hang this man yet they let him slip away. Hell the fuckin guy was in jail and they let him go out of jail whenever he really wanted, so when we finally got him we never had him. All this information is out there.
Thanks for sharing that article, although it was absolutely deflating to read. There needs to be a cultural change at the FBI to take these sex crimes seriously enough to actually conduct investigations.
My disgusted reaction isn’t just about being surprised the FBI failed to investigate. I think it’s more about what that failure symbolizes regarding accountability, institutional priorities, and justice for survivors…they don’t count
MTG fell from MAGA royalty to a GOP outcast for having the temerity to share your reaction. I assume she was abused herself. Protecting pedophiles is currently the core legislative objective of the GOP, and they will burn key allies to the ground for meddling with that. Pretty insane to reflect on the US’s situation for a minute.
By design, when have a powerful well connected rich white person ever had to deal with the full force of the justice system? Only those who fucked over other old rich white people got some sort of justice.
I remember living in FL when I was in HS and my friend’s mom drove us down the street where he lived. She pointed to his house and went, “If you ever get invited there, don’t go inside!” This was like mid 2000’s and I was a teenager.
Wild that people knew about him then but nobody did anything about it
It's possible she did call the FBI, or it was a known rumor and she told you to avoid his house. That's not nothing. It isn't justice, but it might have been all she could do.
It's not a religious thing, it's a cultural thing. The FBI are basically government cops. The career itself attracts people who have control issues, power-trip issues, and are misogynists.
That would not surprise me at all. Long story short, a friend of mine was sexually assaulted by a guy she met at church. This was someone who I had dated previously and he displayed some severe red flags.
My friend did not want to report it to the police, but chose to go to church leadership because he was a former sheriff. He did nothing. He basically told her to repent of her contributions to the incident, and then sent the guy to a different ward to prey on other women.
Pretty common thread in our society actually. They often simply don’t investigate.
Among many other things it’s infuriating. And it perpetuates the abuse of so many people while keeping the evil out there.
All the meanwhile these agencies get to tell us they “failed to investigate.” It is OBVIOUS they failed. Yet there is no consequence. So it’s all lip service bullshit. While innocent people have their life’s irreversibly changed by this trauma.
Yeah, Clinton being a rapist POS and enabling horrific abuses isn't remotely shocking. Let him, Trump, Andrew, Branson, and all these other monsters fester in prison.
If the FBI failed/chose not to investigate then all are culpable. Eff them. There should be no Parties/red ties blue ties/Donkey or Elephant when it comes to protecting victims.
Listen, If they had to investigate every credible accusation against persons with wealth/power, there simply wouldn’t be enough manpower for COINTELPRO against activist groups.
Choose not to investigate. Choose not to process rape kits. Choose not to arrest criminals who abuse women and children.
The pattern of men and women choosing to sell someone else’s children to sex traffickers and then looking the other way when their own children are taken.
People need to throw punches, not shade.
Imagine being reported in 1996 for crimes this heinous and being allowed to operate for another 20+ years. If a normal citizen had even one of those reports filed against them, they’d be under the jail immediately. The two-tiered justice system is absolute insanity.
Is it legal in the US to be in possession of images that show nude 12 and 16 year old girls if they are your sisters, you took the pictures for your Art Work, and you are female?
Farmer, whose sister Annie Farmer was abused by Epstein and his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell at age 16, told authorities in 1996 that the late financier “stole” nude images of her siblings.
The police report states that “Complainant [Maria Farmer] stated that she is a professional artist and took pictures of her sisters 12 and 16 yrs for her own [personal] Art Work”.
This is what the CSAM-related convicts say when they’re attempting to justify contraband to the guards. Remember the Louis Theroux documentary? “Don’t take my art—it’s non-nude, they’re just naked boys innocently playing!”
Yeah, it is very easy to abuse that exception. Changing it would be tough though, its a 1st amendment based rule iirc so either Supreme Court or a new amendment.
Wait till you find out the wealthy elite have been literally getting away with murder and baby fucking since… fuck… since we had the concept of power and wealth.
I'm of the mindset that Epstein was probably already busted at some point and was an informant. I think he was helping them get blackmail material on all kinds of people, and that's why he got the sweetheart deal from Acosta.
Then Trump found out about it and kicked him out of Mar-A-Lago cause he didn't want to get busted for all the illegal shit he does, including the pedophile trafficking.
Suddenly Trump takes office and Epstein gets arrested, jailed and then murdered.
Seems pretty blatantly obvious to me but they've already destroyed all the evidence.
Well if you know your history, the FBI and CIA have not only been notoriously bad at dealing with pedophiles, they’ve directly and indirectly aided them in their efforts.
White people starting to find out something black people have been saying (maybe since stopped) for a while: we understand that when we see certain problems play out in America, that’s not a broken system. That system is “working as intended.”
Maybe the most modern person to say this in semi modern media was Marc Lamont Hill when he was a CNN correspondent. I think one or two segments he’s specifically said what I just said while commenting on some of the shootings of unarmed black men circa 2014-2017. One of the segments he was sitting across a pea-brained former detective Harry Houck; dude got triggered.
Is it just me or there should be a whole building dedicated of agents to this thing and work to put every single person who participated on this into jail? With proper trial, ideally like nurumberg or haag to get it out of corruption in america and corrupted doj.
I am surprised everyone is finding out about this now. Same with Larry Nasser. When the FBI finally started investigating USAG the head of that institution called to offer a job to some FBI people.
This is why it’s REALLY important to listen to news on rape scandals and trafficking when they first come out.
Without fail pedophiles, sexual abusers and traffickers had a long history before they get caught and people protected them. Most abusers do. But many people see abusive language and behaviour as “brashness”, when it’s actually an indicator. Why do people think they are so brazen? Because they have gotten away with it before! All their tactics work and this society will do anything to deny or excuse male sexual misconduct. 🙄
It’s estimated a pedophike has 61 victims before they get caught (as in a child feeling safe enough to tell someone, and that someone actually doing something about it).
A lot of this “news” has been out there for years.
Notice that Ghislaine didn’t get RICO charges, but Diddy and R.Kelly did?
EDIT:
I truly hope that the “release of the Epstein files”, is not just going be recycled information that had been public years if not decades masquerading as “revelations” or “new information”.
EDIT AGAIN:
Anyone read Virginia Giuffre’s book? One of her earlier traffickers (before Epstein) was also super wealthy. He is named, but it’s near impossible to find a pic of him online. Why is that?
When historians look back at America; this is gonna be part of the legacy
Aztecs had their sacrifices, America had its Epstein. And no amount of hiding behind the cross or the Founders will matter any more we care about Queztalcoatl today.
May you know it
Edit: I want you who downvoted to read this— your downvotes mean nothing. Scream if you want to. Cry like the children in Epstein’s beds. It will do you no good. Your legacy is already here.
They didn't "fail" to investigate, they chose not to.
Exactly, it was a choice
More context is needed...
…Mr. Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
The royal formerly known as Prince Andrew
Damn! This is the first time I hear about this sweet plea deal stuff!
Why do you Americans not rioting? Wasn't there something about fighting against corrupt government in your constitution?
Epstein even had work release during his 2008 jail sentence. So spent the days in his office! Tell me he wasn't selling and deleting evidence.
Legally, she’s got a point. Morally, ethically, less so.
They ultimately came to the conclusion that, that non-prosecution deal didn’t apply federally.
He was still enjoying girls during that time. The exact thing he was in trouble for
Welcome to the USA!
True Size comparison mapMQ~!INNTI2NDA1MQ.Nzg2MzQyMQ)Mg~!CNOTkyMTY5Nw.NzMxNDcwNQ(MjI1)Mw)
And where's this riot going to happen? The dead end street in my spread out suburban neighborhood or yours?
When’s anybody got the time to stop working and loose their job? Living paycheck to paycheck has got us by our throats.
As is the plan.
Well, that's pretty much what a famous man probably meant, when he said something about nothing but your chains to lose.
Americans riot over sports teams, not tyrants running pedo child-rape smuggling syndicates or fascists taking their tax money and enriching the billionaires while arresting them in unmarked vans with hooded goons aiming guns at them.
....... ............... .........
... _ _ _ ...
Because 100m of us don't know our dicks from a doorknob.
I watched the MAGA crowd get asked why the civil war started. All but one said some variation of the Democrats are so unfair to Donald Trump.
They lack the focus and ability to hear and respond to a singular question. Truly the least informed people alive.
They voted for that. They are fine with it.
Why would MAGA riot? Didn’t they solve child trafficking by getting a free ticket to “The sound of Freedom”?
Because I'm a pussy that's too afraid to lose his job since I live in a state where I can be fired at any point for any reason.
a lot of people from BLM / George Floyd got arrested and tortured
people trying to organize for housing justice got murdered. the murder of Breonna Taylor was an intentional government hit.
Stop Cop City was prosecuted under organized crime laws
stuff like the Starbucks union strikes don't get any news coverage, you'd have to be following actual good channels to know about them.
I'm trying my best but so many condemn me as being emotional or just as bad as any other extremist when I state that Republicans are pedophile enabling traitors to America, the Constitution and even the gospel of Christ.
Epstein had ties to multiple intelligence agencies, including significant ties to Russia:
https://www.politico.com/news/2025/11/12/jeffrey-epstein-donald-trump-russia-emails-00648919?utm_content=topic/politics&utm_medium=email&utm_source=flipboard
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeffrey_Epstein
TBH, it feels like Epstein is an intersection of literally all of conspiracies. Lolita Express, he was lead analyst or something like that in Bear Sterns, CIA/Mossad, as if every single fringe right-wing theorist should look at him and find literally Satan. Child Trafficker, bank shark that is partially responsible for 2008, Clinton AND Trump...
The unindicted coconspirators would still be at risk in other jurisdictions though. That's why they're heavily redacting the files
Does this mean there will never be justice regarding these files
Not necessarily. Sometimes prosecutions take years, and there'd have to be a flip of power in Congress and the WH probably before it will happen. Congress can get the ball rolling if the majority flips, but the WH would have to change parties so that the top brass at the DOJ isn't so partisan and in lockstep with Trump.
Either that or the rank and file GOP voters would have to have a severe backlash against their Members of Congress that they could not be ignored. Regardless, I don't think it will happen as long as Trump is in office and as long as the GOP voters are complacent and okay with this.
Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 1 - it’s always a choice don’t get fooled or gaslighted.
Or maybe they were told not to.
Somebody, with the requisite amount of power, chose for them not to.
Just like the Florida DA decided to bungle the case.
I also tend to "bungle" cases against my new biggest donor.
Or, some other country.
Countries are run by people, not pixies
Big if true
I mean there is the argument that got corporations to be considered people.
It's an individual made of individuals. Sort of like they cells of your body make you you.
Clinton administration
anybody thats been in power since 1990's should be investigated, and the owness to prove they weren't complicit should be on everyone that was in the administration and came across these crimes n their time.
Also it wouldn't have been the DOJ making that decision, it would have been the state (NY or FL wherever had jurisdiction over Epstein and the victim's claims) FBI office. It wouldn't have even filtered up to the federal level/DOJ until there was going to be an indictment.
head of the fbi at that time had their first political appointment as a judge by HW Bush.
FBI is a pro Republican agency. If the FBI believed they could do something to hurt the Democratic party they absolutely would have done so. Comey did everything he could to hurt Clinton. Then, after helping Trump get elected president, Comey gets fired by Trump.
Where are all these “innocent” agents that were told not to do something? It’s been 30 years. No whistleblowers?
[deleted]
He was a CIA/Mossad/Russian asset, at minimum.
Perhaps, but never underestimate how despicable the FBI itself is: COINTELPRO - Wikipedia
The FBI's job is to protect capital and capitalists within the US and to defend their interests by force, and nothing else.
Which admin was this during? oh right Bill's. Like wtf, 2 presidents interfering on this scumbag's behalf? That's insane
2 that we know of*
Because Epstein "belonged to intelligence"
Question is why. Why has the FBI been protecting him, and why do they continue to protect him
The real blatant corruption was the non-prosecution agreement that Epstein somehow got for himself and Sarah Kellen, Nadia Marcinkova, Lesley Groff, and Adriana Ross (his assistants).
Alex Acosta gave these people IMMUNITY and Epstein got a sweetheart deal when the FBI had already uncovered 40 or 50+ victims in the mid 2000s
And Donald Trump rewarded Alex Acosta with a cabinet position.
And Trump bribed Pam Bondi around then to drop a fraud investigation.
Simple. The US doesn't protect women.
Do you lean towards it because it gets you a unearned dose to superiority to pull out the
Israel. Google the connections.
I want facts not theories. The truth is in those docs
The truth has likely been redacted
Or, or, just hear me out on this, the domestic kiddy diddlers that went to Epstein Island paid the higher ups to ignore it. Israel is genocidal, sure, but ffs use Occam's Razor here.
"Nah it's totally the foreign ethnostate bro. No I won't provide sources just trust me. And it's explicitly the JEWISH ethnostate I mention by name and not some other place like Dubai with way more connections to human trafficking".
The problem is that actually every FBI administration where it was reported had some high official connected to Epstein themselves.
Nothing to do with being Jewish. Maxwell's family, particularly her dad were waist deep in that sort of thing. Nobody (well, regular people) has anything concrete but its a hell of a coincidence if there's no connection.
I hate the passive use of "fail" for everything.
NEWS : The driver failed to stop his car while screaming "die bitch die I'm gonna roll over you ahah".
That’s active voice. Passive voice would be saying something like: “the car was driven by the crazy person”
Technically he didn't say "passive voice", he said "passive use". Which is accurate.
Came here to comment this. There was no failure, only dismissal.
A Mossad asset being investigated? Hell no
Russian/Mossad/US agent at minimum, likely the Saudis as well.
verb
be unsuccessful in achieving one's goal.
neglect to do something.
Well the president during that time investigated himself......
"He's intelligence"
Or they were told not to
Yup. Kind of sounds like that could be on Clinton, too.
They were paid not to
Fuck that nonsense… deplorable agents
Who was the president then?
“They” didn’t fail to investigate, Pam Bondi failed to prosecute as AG of Florida. Gosh, I wonder why the rapist-in-chief decided to make her his AG?
Just maybe it’s the same reason he made Alex Acosta his secretary of labor, to thank them for their service in protecting his pedophile buddy and to continue the cover-up.
This one isn't Bondi. This was in New York and Ohio.
Pam Bondi wasn't the AG of Florida in 1996.
Pam Bondi wasn't the Florida AG until 2011...are you slow?
| PBS News https://share.google/tHjvUZ5h6lTiNSyDq
Alex Acosta gave Epstein a sweatheart deal in 2007 and said he was told Epstein “belonged to intelligence”.
https://observer.com/2019/07/jeffrey-epstein-spy-intelligence-work/
The problem here is that quote is coming from an unknown 3rd party through, which may or may not be apart of, the the first Trump administration, who told Vicky Ward. It's 100% not a direct quote from Acosta as the article states.
There are around a quarter million unprocessed rape kits in the united states.
In some states, a victim is lucky if her kit gets processed 2 decades after the assault.
And… it used to be worse. Most were never processed at all.
And then when they do get their kit processed two decades later, shock and surprise, the rapist actually has multiple victims in the system, which could've been prevented if only someone had run the DNA at the time.
Exactly this.
Systemic oppression of women still going strong!
Honestly of all federal agencies, the FBI needs to be disbanded. There's nothing they actually do that couldn't be done by other agencies and it has a consistent performance record of not acting in the interest of the public.
This isn’t only an Epstein problem
There was a report released in 2024 that speaks to dozens of instances where FBI failed to appropriately investigate in recent years
This should upset everyone, but not just because of the Epstein case. Because all of these victims fell through the cracks.
I don’t know enough to speak to how this happens, but I’m more inclined to believe this was government inefficiency than that the FBI doesn’t care or was protecting Epstein given when the victim reported him.
Police and fbi don’t care because many of their own are involved in sex crimes
Sex crimes has never been taken seriously. Not once in this nation's history has they been taken seriously.
Unless you were a white woman accusing a black man in the south, then the whole town comes out for a kangaroo court and swift lynching.
Sex crime wasn’t being taken seriously in those cases. They were release valves for the violent purge white Americans want(ed).
Patel makes me long for the Hoover days, and that dude was fucking evil!
Hey, calling him a podcaster is unfair and ignores his real credentials.
He's a children's book author. A pretty bad one.
Wait, so there might be dozens of other Epsteins in the wild right now?
Yes, some are running Las Vegas
Maybe not dozens but I would be shocked if there aren't at least a few similar personalities, most likely being a lot more secretive though. I also wouldn't be surprised if they are more careful about age as well. Even if it doesn't make sense there is a big legal difference between sex trafficking adults vs minors.
I mean, there are hundreds of women with these kinds of stories but no one looks into them...WARNING: EXTREMELY disturbing
We know of at least one other in Hollywood. There are probably thousands in the middle east and Africa.
All this information is out there.
reminder that law enforcement doesn't exist to help you the citizens, they exist to protect the wealthy capital class.
Apparently he was an “intelligence asset” according to law enforcement who did try but had their investigations shut down
Thanks for sharing that article, although it was absolutely deflating to read.
Even though that has been used for Marjorie Taylor Greene for a long time, I still read it as Magic The Gathering
Same. Everytime. Time for her to disappear into nothingness.
Serious question, how can anyone still be so naive these days?
This wasn't "these days" though, this was 29 years ago.
They didn't fail, because they didn't try
This was a deliberate choice.
On multiple levels..
In multiple industries andcountries. By thousands of people.
Some of these girls were introduced to these people by their parents.
There were choices made to sell them.
Choices to ignore the trafficking and exploitation network of these girls and women.
I read somewhere that the FBI hires mostly from the Mormon community.
And after living near one, I can say that it just might be that Mormon men, don't believe these women.
Just sayin.
It's not a religious thing, it's a cultural thing. The FBI are basically government cops. The career itself attracts people who have control issues, power-trip issues, and are misogynists.
They hire Mormons as they unquestionaly follow orders. They don’t really question authority.
I will venture to say Abrahamic religions put women below goats.
Karoline Leavitt's dad introduced her to her now husband who is more than twice her age at a country club...
It's always like this with these notorious pedophiles. Could have been caught 100 times but reports are ignored or buried
Fucking Bureau of Incompetence
"Failed"? Are you serious? They refused, they didn't fail. Fuck the media.
Bill Clinton was president in 1996
Louis J. Freeh was director of the FBI in 1996
Janet Reno was AG
Tupac was killed in 1996.
Titanic came out in 1997, so you know they were making that thing in 1996.
Tupac died in Titanic!
James Cameron killed Tupac!
With Bill Clinton!
Honestly this is fucked.
Extremely fucked. He needs to be sent to prison. Given their past, I’m sure he and Trump would love to share a cell.
Bill was an equal opportunity employer, he got blow jobs from Monica AND Donald back then
Explains why the 2016 rivalry between Donald and Hillary was so heated. What a love triangle
Yeah, Clinton being a rapist POS and enabling horrific abuses isn't remotely shocking. Let him, Trump, Andrew, Branson, and all these other monsters fester in prison.
And there also many presidents afterwards.
"Fail" is a funny word for saying they were paid off not to investigate
The FBI under Clinton? That tracks
No way! The FBI covering for Epstein and company? Surely that was a one-off fluke..
Shocker, if we'd have listened to all the girls and women who came forward we could have stopped his abuse decades ago.
Imagine being reported in 1996 for crimes this heinous and being allowed to operate for another 20+ years. If a normal citizen had even one of those reports filed against them, they’d be under the jail immediately. The two-tiered justice system is absolute insanity.
Bill Clinton’s FBI didn’t investigate his friend? Shocking
Probably cuz his good friend Bill was the president..
Bill Clinton was President in 1996.
Coincidence?
Will we ever stop protecting pedophile politicians?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UMAjkHuPG5w
👏 Every person suspected by these documents should be investigated, tried, and sentenced. 👏 Left 👏 Right 👏 & Center! 👏
Unfortunately to do that, we need a justice system with integrity.
Release the files BTW --Actually--
This could have been done by charging Ghislaine Maxwell with RICO, but they refused to.
Is it legal in the US to be in possession of images that show nude 12 and 16 year old girls if they are your sisters, you took the pictures for your Art Work, and you are female?
Art has a very small exception, if the nude photos are art and not porn then they are legal.
Nothing changes till heads start rolling, folks 🫠
*they chose not to investigate.
because the FBI protects rapists
Wasn't this a huge part of the documentary?
WE HAVE KNOWN THIS FOR YEARS. Where was the outrage?!?!
Can’t Imagine why Clinton didn’t make sure his fbi was on it
Back then this stuff was just ignored. Oh wait evidently republicans still feel it should be ignored today too.
No wonder women in this country dont report assaults. Women and young girls are treated as second class citizens
It's clear from the article that they buried it.
Police have been incompetent for years. Not surprising at all.
Is it just me or there should be a whole building dedicated of agents to this thing and work to put every single person who participated on this into jail? With proper trial, ideally like nurumberg or haag to get it out of corruption in america and corrupted doj.
Well that was Bill time, but it was also primetime Trump/Epstien bromance.
EDIT: I truly hope that the “release of the Epstein files”, is not just going be recycled information that had been public years if not decades masquerading as “revelations” or “new information”.
EDIT AGAIN: Anyone read Virginia Giuffre’s book? One of her earlier traffickers (before Epstein) was also super wealthy. He is named, but it’s near impossible to find a pic of him online. Why is that?
Yet another example of the law ignoring, minimizing and covering up for the rich and powerful.
Bill Clinton's FBI didn't investigate his friend?
Unpopular question. Where were the parents? Were they all orphan or something? I would freak out if my kid went missing.
Yeah cause who was the current president at time
BILL CLINTON
Who was president then? (Also, I voted for Harris before you think I am a MAGA dipshit)
