I am decently gifted genetically in the tricep department but for the long head, tricep kickbacks and tricep press downs focusing on squeezing the long head. I like to kinda push my arms into my lats so I can feel it better. I’ve been taking these recently to the 10-12 rep range with two working sets the first to near failure like 1 RIR and the second going all out and hitting some partials once failure is achieved.

Right now I’m running Jeff Nippards Min-Max program he just put out which is designed to be ran during a cut an it goes Upper, Lower, Rest, Upper, Lower, Arms and Shoulders, Rest. Rinse and repeat. I train pretty exceptionally hard imo so making the most of each set is extremely important in a low volume program.
As a vegan what do you find are your main contributors for protein intake? I'm assuming tofu / edamame, beans, nuts, seeds, stuff like hemp hearts and quinoa?
Do you find you need to supplement with vegan protein powder as well to hit your goals? I personally can't stand the grittiness of stuff like vega. I would find it hard to imagine hitting 150-200g of protein daily
I’m very busy so I do eat a decent amount of lean vegan meat replacements like seitan etc. I find getting 200g of protein to be fairly easy myself tbh. I’m not a huge stickler on solely sticking to Whole Foods personally.
Sick triceps can you give me some tips? What do you feel has contribuited the most to your long head especially?

Now that's something i definately wasn't doing. Thank you
Absolutely. Also pressing movements as a whole definitely contributed to my tricep development
1st pick is absolute peak
Thanks!
Low volume high intensity is so much fun.
Best of luck!
I clicked the spoiler and for a split second a 40k Tyranofex mini appeared as the site freaked out and tried to fix the mix-up.
Made me cackle.
Ayy pump24 Harrisonburg, nice gym

Jesus man what is the diameter of your upper leg?
I’ve never measured it but….big lol
Hahaha yeah I can see that
Congratulations!
My personal goal is to reach the 30w out mark and stay there forever
