i mean they aren't following the advice. the first comment suggested they uninstall it immediately and they're saying they're gonna keep using it without updating
Maybe I misunderstood, but they said to uninstall it, whereas as I understood it, OP thinks they're safe if they just don't update it because they have an older version

If you receive a warning your version has been breached, then someone confirms the warning is real, don't ask again if your version has been breached.
That's why they were downvoted.
They might have stopped reading at the words "I won't..." and just assumed you were refusing to follow the advice given.
