Hannibal is a nice river town for sure! Fun to see all the Twain history. Don’t forget to climb the stairs up to the lighthouse on the bluff.
The Norman Rockwell original illustrations are worth the trip if nothing else. Didn't really understand the hype about him until I saw them up close.
If you love Missouri history, hit up the Daniel Boone house, too! Then go hit up Busch (blow off a few rounds!) or Weldon Spring Conservation areas.
